I could not be happier with my ring. I had been looking for a long time for the right one. It is absolutely perfect. Really good communication. Alba Rose emailed when they received the ashes and again just before delivery. A great experience.

The whole process was smooth from start to receiving the necklace. Everything happened on time and as described. The necklace is perfect!!

I spoke to a member of the team and asked so many questions. Every one was answered and he was very patient with me; he quickly realised I was anxious. I shouldn't have worried, I took the plunge and ordered a ring - it is beautiful, I am so pleased.

I was disappointed with what I received I asked for diamonds and was not given a certificate saying they were diamonds and asked for rose gold but there is know hall mark on the ring, also where the cz or diamond are they catch all the time
