App did not work on checkout. The cashier had no idea how to work it. Sent me over to someone who helped me. Went back and cashier having problems with someone else on the app. She ended up obnoxious and blamed me. Albertsons App sucks. Cashier had no idea how to sort out Shopping at Aldis from now on

Buyer Beware, we have shopped at Albertson's for several years and time and again we have caught them cheating on pricing in many different ways. The last straw came this week when they had an item "On Sale" with a price of $13.94. It was crowded and there was not time to check the receipt as we usually do but did look when we got home. They over charged us, never a surprise with them, so we called. The manager said that there were two items with the same description from the same supplier, same weight in the freezer but had different prices. If it was the first or the tenth time similar bait and switch products and pricing had come up we might say OK but it happens much too often. It is not the Cashiers who do the cheating it is the Management. Prices are often not updated to what is on the shelf, or labeled in an ambiguous way at a different price in the system, they often raise prices by 30 or 40% just before their 2 for 1 sales, which seems dishonest, overall they are not to be trusted. Check your receipt before you leave, you will see how often, there is a mistake, always in their favor.

Very expensive place because the New York capital management company owns them there crooks and smart and final is way better example apple pie at Albertsons 9.95. Smart and final 6.99 and it’s better Albertsons is a money pit use to be good when Joe Albertson owned it now it’s highway robbery

Albertsons management stands by and allows their employees to harass and yell openly at good paying customers calling them a thief while onlookers react in horror! That’s right, but the clincher is when they actually discover their star employees were most definitely wrong they kind of apologize by assuring their victim that they can have their money back no problem. Just come on in and pick up the $5 or the manager himself will bring it to you. Albertsons you deserve a lawsuit; yes you really deserve a lawsuit.

If you have been humiliated by an Albertsons employee like I have please understand Albertsons doesn’t care. Nope their care is merely getting you hooked on their “rewards program” that is clearly programmed in their favor. Example I spent 1.85 yet they don’t round up. I only got one point for that purchase so collecting 100 points to reach $1.00 of in store savings isn’t worth it. Plus buying things I really didn’t need just to get the extra points. Naw I’m good, but I’ll never return to an Albertsons money pit (aka grocery store) for the rest of my life, and Albertsons a good civil rights lawsuit just may be what will teach you to finally stop harassing your customers with employees who have over inflated egos strong enough to push out customers for life. Unbelievable, but never again.

I ordered a big bone steak to be cut. The manager that was supposed to come in that morning at 6 am was left instructions to cut the bone for me and that I would pick it up at 6:00 am 6:30am that manager Gabe never cut it. He said that would wait for me to cone in that time. Unfortunately I came later in the afternoon since something important arise and I wasn”t able to come that same time. This was nonsense you think he would still have it ready since he was instructed by the others worker the night before that I would be picking it up that same day at 6:00 am to 6:30am. Workers are not friendly. Ih hardly shop there because of these issues. This was at Albertsons in Van Buren and Lincoln Riverside Ca

I'm really sick and tired of seeing an item that is discounted but only if you use a digital coupon, this process is such a pain, I have the phone app but don't like using it, it can be confusing, and yes I'm in my sixties and I'm not the demographic that this coupon system is geared towards, I am not alone most of the people I know my age do not use the app, and a lot of them like me are just shopping elsewhere.

I have been shopping Albertsons store #4272 a couple of times a week for many years. On Oct 22 I purchased a bill of groceries totaling $74.66. When I got home I was missing 4 ribeye stakes. I went back to the store immediately, was gone for about 30 minutes and confronted the checker. I asked her where my steaks are, she said she never saw them. SO I confronted a manager to check his record and pull up the receipt. He was gone and came back and said they never were added to the total. so I went back home and checked my bank account and they were added to the total and I paid for therm. He lied, they were rang up on the bill. Either the girl checking me out took them home herself or he did or she gave them to another to take home. Anyway I was out over $50. That was my last trip to Albertsons

I've spent hours trying to order on-line for their Cybersale, Which they call "Drive up and go!"
It is terrible. I even contacted their help line, which was of no avail.
DO NOT WASTE your time!!!!!

Don’t get home delivery even if you are elderly and infirm! The third party deliverers seem incapable of following directions!

I don't have a problem with your employee's, they are wonderful and work very hard for their customers! However, your web site application stinks. Whoever is responsible for the web should be reassigned. I click items for purchase they go to my cart but when I check out they are not acknowledged! Pathetic!

What is with Albertsons constantly raising their prices. These sales they have going on are a joke. You have to by 3 or 4 items to get the sale price. They wonder why people are stealing from the store. You can't afford to buy the food.

Do not order delivery from them. They price gouge. What they charge for items in Arizona is TWICE the price that you would pay for the same item delivered from Fry's or Walmart. They are a complete ripoff.

The weekly ad shows ice cream at a sale price, but only when you buy FOUR products! Why do I need to buy 4? This practice made me leave Frys. Now I am going to leave Albertsons and shop consistently at Winco, where I can buy one item at the sale price!

This location is terrible! Corporate needs to look at the management of this store.

Went in for 3 items (+water for a dog I saw chained up outside), it took me 35 minutes going through the self check out!!!!

Only 2 cashiers.

Unb6! My advice to corporate is to have your management team go work for Walmart and maybe in a few years then, hire them!

Your prices are too high and customer service is non existent

In a world of no good reviews, I want to shout out to the Managers across the food chain at Albertsons, because I have never, in my 50 years of grocery shopping, found a better employee. KIMBERLY at the Self Check Out station has made everyone's life more happy and beyond compassionate, loving, kind, and any other adjective that I can find. She is such a dream to have at her station after my long day of work. She is so amazing I can't even fathom higher praise....she's the only thing that makes me truly happy after my life each and everytime I shop at her checkout.

Please give her a compliment every single day, and probably a huge raise! 3614 W State St, Boise, ID 83703 is her store!

Horrible, barely usable website when ordering deliveries. How hard is it to hire IT people who know what they're doing? Anytime a product is out they always substitute with the most expensive items. And if an item is on sale that requires you to buy a certain amount, they almost always say they're partially out of that item, forcing you to pay full price for half of what you wanted. Anytime I call to speak with someone to help with any of these or other issues, I am on hold for 20 minutes, or bounced around from department to department. This company simply does not care. They act like they're "too big to fail." I hate writing reviews, but I have had an issue the last 6 times I've ordered from them, and don't have other options in my area. I cannot recommend Albertson's less

I love the delivery but there are 2 things very wrong with the app.
#1 - They make you PRE tip the driver and no way to adjust the tip after delivery. Who pre-tips anyone? At least Walmart lets you adjust the tip after delivery. I only tip in cash now.
#2 - Earlier today I made an order, accidently clicked pick up instead of delivery. Chatted with customer bot who read the rules to me, have to cancel if I want to change how I want to get my order. Easy, I canceled. Clicked reorder, same exact items costs $25 more! Apparently after speaking to customer service online, he stated once you redeem a coupon, is gone, even if you canceled. The limits on sale items, same thing. I used up my limits and coupons on a canceled order! Their customer rep was cool, issued me enough points to cover the loss of coupons and points I used on canceled order and I can reorder tomorrow. C'mon Albertsons... even Walmart has you beat on this!

Shopped at this store in Lake Elsinore on Riverside Drive. Had a full cart of food adding up to close to $200.00 . Went to check out and there was nothing open but self check. I wasn’t the only person questioning this. The woman over seeing the self check outs was so rude. All we wanted was someone to check us out and bag the food but instead she says we dont have any one and asked if I know how to use the self checkouts. I also complained to the store manager which said just ask for a checker which I did and offered a gift card, which I refused. I have shopped at Albertsons for years and never have seen such a poorly run store. I’m not paying sky high food prices and have to check myself out and bag my food. Will never return
