From the start I found Albion to be very considerate of my request and budget. Rob and his son were friendly, polite and courteous. They arrived when they said they would and carried out the installation of windows exactly as stated. Cleared up after themselves every day. Would highly recommend them and the whole company.

The fitters from Albion arrived at the time I was given. They installed the back door and the new porch very efficiently. They also did a good job of cleaning up at the end of the job.

This is the second time that I have used Albion Windows. I was very impressed the first time, and I wasn't disappointed this time. There has never been an inflation of price as some companies do, who then reduce by thousands of pounds, when you don't accept. The price I paid was in line with final offers made by other companies.
Every stage of the process was done efficiently and as was promised in emails. The fitting guys knew their job, they got on with it with little disturbance to the house. They were great at cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.

Paul made the measuring/spec setting and quoting accurate and without pressure. Visiting to see the real thing in the shop was definitely worthwhile to settle any questions/doubts. John Fredericks British manufacturers gave confidence to my detailed special requests which were all delivered exactly. Luke and Jamie worked so hard over three days to fit precisely without incident and were so clean and tidy respecting my old house diligently. In all Albion Windows delivered a big project on time and to budget. Thankyou.

Got on with the job, polite and super tidy and clean. After they had finished you would never of known they had just fit new windows as it was so clean and tidy everywhere!
