Absolutely disgusting quality, my husband bought 2 shirts, they were nothing like they were described, I emailed them and they said I could return them, but to China? Or they would give me a measly 15... もっと見る

Terrible service no contact
Terrible service no contact, delivery took ages and items are very cheap made especially the price paid for it! Trying to send back what a nightmare!!!! Get it sorted

Says its an English company - its in the Netherlands .
This company calls itself Alder&Loom (England) suggesting it is a English based company. Ive made an order and it seems the company is actually Dutch based on its tracking and some language inside the tracking system. I made the order 8 days ago and have had no update - it shows 'in transit' with a map suggesting it needs to come from Europe. I simply would not have ordered from here if I knew it was going to take so long - and Im dubious of the quailty of the goods when they begin by deliberately misleading the customer suggesting the company is somewhere it is not. I will revist this review if the goods eventually arrive and will report condition of them.
