⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ really helpful and going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. Special mention for sister Laiba who worked to get the right package.

It was an awesome and wonderful experience to have a fruitful and meaningful conversation with Miss Zara. She is really interested and keen to participate actively in finding solutions and facilitating people seeking for information.

I booked an Umrah and Dubai package for my family (2 adults, 2 children). While the hotels in Makkah and Madinah were fine, the Dubai accommodation was a serious issue.

On arrival in Dubai, we were told no reservation existed, despite having confirmation. We waited several hours and requested to speak to a representative in person, but this was not arranged. The hotel provided had been sold to us as a 4-star property, but it was clearly not of that standard.

The rooms were unhygienic, smelled of cigarettes, and were unsuitable for children. Our children were placed in separate rooms on different floors, including a smoking area, raising serious safeguarding concerns. Our daughter (under 13) was extremely distressed.

We were offered no refreshments or support, and our children went over six hours without food or water. Due to the unsafe conditions, we were forced to book emergency accommodation ourselves, incurring additional costs.

Despite submitting a formal complaint, the agent has not responded. This was a very stressful experience, particularly for our children. Families should proceed with caution.

Zara was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our trip extra special.. nothing was too much for her and her manner and willingness to go above and beyond was something we will never forget ….
Wouldn’t book anywhere else or work anyone else … a wonderful lady

Would definitely recommend them to my friends an use them again in the future. Excellent service, and polite, respectful when speaking.
