Alhaq Travel

I recently used Al Haq Travel to organise my Umrah, and while the trip itself was meaningful, my experience with their service has been very frustrating.

Firstly, there were multiple cancellations during the booking process which have resulted in me being owed over £1,800 in refunds. For the past four weeks, I have been consistently chasing updates regarding this money. Each time I contact them—whether by message or phone—I am told the same thing: that they will check with the airline or hotel. However, I never receive any follow-up, nor have I been provided with any proof of communication from their side. The lack of transparency and progress has been extremely disappointing. On top of this when you try to communicate with them via the phone, you can never hear anything as it sounds as if they are in a nursery with kids screaming. Unfortunately they seem to struggle with speaking clear English aswell.

Secondly, I had an issue with my return flight. I received direct confirmation from the airline that I was eligible for a free change or cancellation. When I contacted the airline, they informed me that because I booked through a travel agent, only Al Haq Travel could make these changes. I relayed this to the agency, and after some delay, they came back saying that changes were not possible. I then requested a cancellation instead, as the airline had confirmed this was allowed free of charge. Again, I was told this could not be done, with the explanation that my ticket was non-refundable and non-changeable.

As a result, no action was taken, and I have now missed the opportunity to recover the cost of that flight. This situation could have been avoided with proper handling and communication.

Also when I asked Iram she said her name was to talk with her manager/boss, she said he was busy and will call you back tomorrow. This is after asking many a times to speak with the manager who always seems to be busy and can’t make time for customers apparently. I have asked on 3 separate occasions to speak with their manager or boss, and I have been told I will receive a call or he’s busy. Clearly lies. Till date I have not received a single call from their manager/boss.

I have put the pictures up on google reviews so everyone can see proof of their horrendous service and make sure to avoid using a company that does not care about you, barely lets you speak. Not prepared to hear you out, and is willing to steal all your money.

Overall, I feel let down by the lack of responsiveness, accountability, and support. I would advise others to proceed with caution and ensure they fully understand how bookings and refunds will be managed before committing. It has been over a month in which we are still due a refund, and legally you have to refund within 14 days.

This is the sad reality of the illegal conduct they have been practicing.

We primarily dealt with Huda who provided excellent customer service and was really helpful in accommodating our various (and last minute) requests and answering our numerous questions.

Whilst on our trip and during Shahbaz was always available to help and solve any issues.

I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a good umrah package at a great price and service to go with Alhaq Travel.

JazakAllah Huda and Shabaz, may Allah (SWT) bless them and the brothers and sisters at Alhaq travel, and reward them abundantly in this world and the hereafter

It was a last minute booking to join my family on Umrah. Shahbaz Hussain was extremely helpful in accommodating my booking for same flights, hotels and transfers.
I would high recommend Shahbaz for his speedy responses and detailed information provided to make me rest assured.
The actual trip was amazing from start to end. All flights and transfers ran smoothly and hotels were absolutely top class, within close proximity of both harams.
Thank you Shahbaz Hussain for a wonderful experience.

I recently used Al-Haq travel on my Umrah trip & short holiday to Turkey. The service i received from these was excellent. The hotel locations were ideal,In Makkah we had Haram views & in Medina views of Masjid Nabwi just as Usman & Shezad who i spoke to at Al haq travel said. The transport they provided for us was 5 star with both the taxi companies in Saudi Arabia & Turkey being prompt, courteous & professional. Will definitely use them again on my next Haj or Umrah trip

Aghraz ahmad overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the staff for their professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication, often highlighting specific individuals who went above and beyond. People frequently mention the excellent service,

It was nice experience going to umrah with Alhaq travels . Marium was helpful and was good to answer all queries.
Their customer service was good to answer back as I need to call from both cities Makkah and Medina.
They have arranged the transport service for all the travel back n forth to airports n hotels . That was excellent .
Just want to suggest to everyone who are going for umrah in Ramadan specially in the last ashara. Do a little research and check before your travel . I had issues in both cities for hotel bookings may be bc of Ramadan overwhelming numbers of hujjaj .
But Al haq travel sorted everything in couple of hours .

Great sales and customer service by Laiba. Although I didn’t book with this company due to change in travel dates but Laiba was very helpful and pro active with sales.

I have in the past 2025 and 2024 been for Umrah with Al Haq . I was 100% satisfied with the best service they offer Transport from Airport to Hotel on arrival and same from Hotel to Airport Taxi service without any hassle. Best Hotel offers nearby Masjid Haram in Makkah and same in Madinah nearer Masjid an Nabawi. There retes are best as I quoted other Umrah packages and went for Al Haq and used them twice and willing to use Al Haq in the future. I chat and text and email Mariam Aniqa always the best friendly person who guides Me always.

Made this trip easy and gave me confidance to travel solo
Highly recommend this agency for ease booking and plenty of guidance. May Allah bless them very much and I am thankful to have found them

Had an amazing umrah experience all thanks to Huda at Al Haq travel. We were a group of 18 which included babies and wheelchair users. She was very patient and met all of my requirements. Her choice of hotels were great. The transport arranged was efficient clean and comfortable. She always answered my queries and was really helpful throughout the trip. Even when my dad got ill and some of us had to stay behind, she was there to help. Will b using them again when I plan to go next iA.
