A State-Funded Echo Chamber, Not a News Organization
To call Al Jazeera "news" is a fundamental misunderstanding of the word. It is, in reality, a meticulously funded propaganda arm of the Qatari monarchy. While it wraps itself in the aesthetic of Western journalism, the facade quickly crumbles under the slightest scrutiny.
The facts are damning and publicly documented:
• Global Bans: This is not a matter of subjective bias—it is a matter of national security. Al Jazeera has been expelled from numerous countries for manufacturing narratives, false reporting, and allegedly providing a platform for—or even employing—personnel tied to hostile actors. No other news organization in the world has been kicked out of as many countries. That is a massive, undeniable red flag. This is an organization steeped in decades of documented controversy. Don’t take my word for it—do your own research. The facts are a simple search away.
• State Control: As a state-owned entity of Qatar, its "reporting" is inextricably tied to the political agenda of the Royal Family and specific regional interests in the Middle East. They do not report on the hand that feeds them; they serve it.
• Geopolitical Agendas: Their editorial line consistently aligns with an aggressive Arab-centric agenda, paralleling Qatar’s own history of providing a safe haven for the leadership of extremist groups like Hamas. When the source of your "news" mirrors the sanctuary-providing policies of its owners, the "journalism" becomes indistinguishable from material support.
The public has already caught on. A cursory look at their 2.1-star rating on this platform—based on hundreds of reviews and dominated by an overwhelming majority of one-star ratings—proves that viewers are waking up to the manipulation. This is not a rant; it is a verifiable track record of deception.
I have stopped clicking on Al Jazeera links entirely. I refuse to contribute to the metrics of a network that prioritizes state and ethnic agendas over the truth. Do your own research, look past the high-definition graphics, and see this organization for what it truly is.

Propaganda channel. Lot of cooked up stories for building narrative.

..when I lived in the Arabian Gulf states for many years I used Aljazeera as a reliable platform of news media and even now after 12 years in New Zealand have relied on them... HOWEVER of late they seem to have become more aligned with American news style so now I get my news from other media.

Very up to date and independent news! And only little advertisement brakes.

I always thought it would be a totally biased coverage against the western position. But I have to say that having now watched it a lot during the current conflict I am really impressed about not only their coverage but the balance of it. It has been the best coverage I have seen from any channel. I realise that when they have someone based in Tehran that the response is likely to be more positive towards Iran or less critical...but can you blame them.
Really impressed and has now become one of my go to news channels.

Liars
They only brainwash people.
They are controlled by Iranian regime.
People are woke and don’t trust these fake news.
CNN and BBC are the other biggest liars.

No longer able to tolerate the BBC/RTE and their inability to report objectively without fear or favour, particularly when it relates to the current US and Israeli regimes. Recently switched to Al Jazeera and find it balanced and informative, respectful but not afraid to report factually and to show the devastating outcomes for the most vulnerable.

Al Jazera owen by king . so imagine how they are restricted by many means .

Iran is currently having a massive internet blackout with way worse things happening in the dark of the country. I usually went to Al Jazeera to get the latest and most accurate news about the middle east. Turns out Al Jazeera is heavily state sponsored and barely covers the atrocities happening in Iran... Very disappointed and very dishonest of them: "To be fearless in the pursuit of truth and to be the voice for the voiceless."(network aljazeera, page: /en/about-us#page-36).

They are in favor of the massacre happening, scared to lose their state sponsoring. SHAME

Following news around the Iranian situation and Al Jazeera is clearly biased to support the Iranian government opinions.

Excellent news channel addressing global issues wars, conflict's, political and investigative journalism.. most reliable and unbiased..AJ journalist , reporters and analysts have high standards, highly professional with high moral and ethical standards.. I live in England and I have stopped watching BBC and Sky news, unfortunately very obviously biased , politicised, spreading Israeli propaganda , dishonest unprofessionals, no moral or ethical standards false reporting.

I heard of Al Jazeera, for the first time,
about 30 years ago as a most sought after newspaper by well educated Saudis. Since that time I believe and trust this news channel.
Without these dedicated journalists, the World will be hearing just monopolised, manipulated news.

Very biased towards one agenda, they continuously spread misinformation or alter just enough to not lie, but will still be able to project their agenda

Shows Hypocrisy and double standard with particular nations.

I would like to highly recommend Jazeera Airways for the lovely Customer service they provided me after I reached them through customer.relations. to inform about my 10 hours delayed flight to reach Colombo and they offered me $500 compensation for each of us, there was 5 of us. I love the way they handled the situation. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Oups Israelis voting 1 stars 😅😅😅… what do you expect, 99% of western media’s are under Israelis lobby contrôle, hate it or live it AljazeerA reports are factual mostly .

Look I watch almost three times per week here in NZ to keep abreast of opinions - and like CNN and others it is sad that the formula is constantly anti peace in the Gaza Strip and looking to interview and speak hate to Israel and the west which is hopeless- Watching now the moments Trump arrived in Israel during the Peace Agreement. Today we read that Hamas and Palestinian Malitias are fighting over the past 24 hours hours including killing a prominent journalist- Hamas is evil and must be removed. Good on you Donald Teump.
