Excellent service
Excellent service! I purchased a beautiful bracelet for my wife as a Christmas present, the item was beautifully made, well packaged and arrived swiftly via Royal Mail special delivery. Unfortunately my wife didn't like the design I picked so decided to return it. The service provided was second to none, they agreed the return no questions asked and the money was back in my account within 48 hours of them receiving the return. I guess I'm writing this review to highlight how good the returns process was, so anyone unsure if they should buy or not, they can rest assured that the return will be processed easily and quickly should you decide to return anything. All you have to do is pay for special delivery via Royal mail which costs around £10 (so the item is insured), which in the grand scheme is very little considering the items value and the swiftness it allows everything to be processed. Such a beautiful neckless
Hi I was looking for a diamond neckless and come across all diamonds was a bit apprehensive at first but then I read the reviews on Trustpilot and they were amazing. I then used there WhatsApp chat to ask questions ( which is a amazing feature )and the response was very quick and I was chatting with a actual person and not a bot , they answered all my questions and were very helpful so I took the plunge and purchased the item I wanted. The delivery was next day and arrived before the time given amazing once the item arrived I could not wait to open and have a look the packaging was amazing and very luxurious and smooth had a beautiful note on the box pleasantly surprised when I opened the box for the neckless I was so impressed with the neckless it was breathtaking exactly as described if not better so sparkly and attention to detail was amazing I will Definitely be purchasing many more times from all diamonds again in the future and will be recommending all diamonds to all friends and family such a amazing experience all diamonds provide from choosing until delivery cannot wait to make my next purchase many thanks to all diamonds for providing a exceptional service amazing

Really excellent service
Really excellent service, I took a chance and bought a engagement ring on the Friday 26/12/2025 with the hope it will come for New Years when I rung on the 29/12/2025 I was told the ring was made to order and not available in stock I was gutted but the assistant helped me find an alternative ring which was delivered on next day 30/12/2025 I was really happy as it meant I was able to get engaged on New Year's Eve absolutely top class service.

Looking for a 30th wedding anniversary for my wife. Saw a couple of websites. This one has a nice presentation, easy to use. No fuss. I bought a ring sizer separately to be sure. Earings to match a neckless

Aquamarine & diamond halo ring
Overall very pleased with product and service, kept informed throughout the process.would have given 5 star except the Aquamarine in my ring is paler than it looked on site, but this doesn’t stop the ring being very beautiful.

Why can’t all companies offer this level of service?
Ordered a bit late and one item had to be made!Cue panic when Customer Service notified me. I explained that one of the gifts was for someone awaiting major surgery and the other for her twin sister!
They promised to do they could and oh my didn’t they just.. first item arrived within 48 hours and the “ needing to be made/validated” one 8 days later. Absolutely brilliant service

We do clearly mention on every product page that some items are not held in stock and, once an order is placed, we will contact customers with an estimated lead time if the item needs to be made to order. Awaiting delivery...
I ordered a tennis bracelet for my wife's birthday. AFTER purchasing the order, I was informed that the tennis bracelet was not in stock and would need to be made (this was not apparent at time of purchase). I was assured that it would arrive in 3-5 weeks. To their credit, after I expressed my disappointment in missing my wife's birthday, they did agree to a small discount.
Fast forward 6 weeks and the bracelet STILL has not arrived. They have assured me it would arrive within 5 days 10 days ago.

We would like to clarify that if an item is not in stock, we always contact customers within 1 working day of the order being placed to advise of the lead time and give the option to proceed or cancel. In your case, you were quoted a lead time of 3 to 5 weeks and agreed to proceed on that basis.
We do acknowledge that the bracelet was delivered just outside of the original estimated timeframe, and for this we would like to sincerely apologise. We understand how important timing is for special occasions and appreciate your patience while the item was being completed.
