I recently bought a KIA EV9 from the Wolverton KIA dealership. I was helped from the moment I entered the showroom by both Steve and Luke. I took a test drive and they worked on facts and figures sourcing the car etc.
deal was done and car was presented perfectly and Steve did a great handover of the car. I’d recommend anyone I know to visit. Thanks for the great service and excellent car.

Absolutely zero communication, I have sent 2 emails about a problem, no communication, I would never purchase a new car from them, as I have zero confidence in them.

Booked a service a month before it was due.
The day before it was due, got a text message saying it had been rescheduled.
Impossible to get through to the actual garage.
Despite talking to 4 different people who all assured me that they had contacted the garage, the garage only called back on the day of service. They told me they had not been told of any of my phone calls.
One representative said he would walk to the Bletchly garage if he could, but as he was based in London, he wouldn't. I don't see how this kind of flippant remark was helpful.
Communication is diabolical and I wasted a lot of time making futile phone calls, as it turned out.
Nothing wrong with the garage or car service, just a shame it is impossible to get through to them.

Easier to get a doctors appointment

This Company has decided to set up a call center to accept calls?? ... no one calls back?? Got an Alert about a possible 'battery fire' trying to get hold of Service for the last 3 days .... to no avail??

Bought a Mercedez van on 21st Feb 2024, from SMC Ford Gravesend and paid in full. Went back to collect it (after a long journey by overground), did the paperwork and went on my way. On the M25 the van suddenly, without any warning, just completely stopped. I was in the middle lane, only God was with me and I was able to s l o w l y get it to the hard shoulder. Called SMC Gravesend 1.45 p.m, after waiting for over 5 hours in Hail stones, a relay came to pick up the van to take it back to Gravesend, with me in it as they could not do 2 journeys, so I eventually got home at 10.00 p.m. last night. After 3 URGENT calls this morning to SMC Gravesend, no one contact me to even ask if I got home last night. The van is with them, I am van-less and losing money as it is for work, and still no compassion from the Showroom. I chose SMC rather than a Del Boy outfit, but who knew!! The van was pristine on the outside, but clearly not on the inside. I have photos of oil completely covering the M25 hardshoulder where I was waiting. Even the relay man said it was bad. Even more bad is their non caring attitude. I am still awaiting to hear from them, failing which by Monday I expect a full refund on my card, and my expenses. BE AWARE!

SMC Uxbridge - dealt with Jason Fellows. This should be your role model employee. 5 star customer service, very friendly and helpful. Wish all sales staff was like this. Very happy customer - you should give this guy a raise!

I went to Allens Motor Group in Brentwood because I had had a very bed expereince with another car dealer in he area. I have to say from the outset their attitude to customers was first class, from the arranging of the first appoinment to talk about what car we were looking for until teh delivery of teh car (2 months earlier than initially expected).

Unlike many dealerships who tell you what extra's you can or cannot have in your package the salesman, Alex started with a peice of paper and the statment "what are you looking for on your car" and then proceed to take notes on all teh extra's we wanted from parking senors to heated seats and steering wheel. At the end we went through the list to make sure we had covered everything, and then he proceeded to place the order. Alex explained that due to teh extra's it would take some time for the order to be built but that he would keep us informed regularly (which he did).

The completion of the finance was made simple and easy with all aspects explained and checked with us.

When it came to the car handover this was set up at our convience and again evreything was explained and time was taken to show all aspects of the cars workings.

It was a pleasure to deal with a friendly proffessional salesman and I cannot fault eithe Alex or Allen Motors with their handling of my car sale

My recent sale and purchase was handled by Allen Motor Group based in Northampton. This was the company that gave the best deal. All was going so well until the day of delivery; the car they delivered was not the one I had ordered. They confirmed that this had happened but have not yet remedied the situation. It's difficult to have trust in the process if the car that you ordered is not the one you receive.

I've just purchased a new Focus from SMC Ford in Slough. The Sales Executive who assisted me with the purchase, Shah, could not have been more attentive and helpful. The deal was all done and dusted and I was driving away in my new car within 24 hours. Very impressive. I would certainly recommend SMC Slough, and Shah in particular.

Our car is under warranty with Kia, we contacted Allen motor group to check if they could work out why our tyre pressure and airbag lights were coming on (we checked the tyre pressure and it was the same as required in the book). They confirmed on the booking and on the phone to me that it wouldn't cost anything for the check as it was under warranty, however when we arrived the man was extremely rude to us and insisted that we must pay £79 for the checks to be done. We showed him the booking confirmation and he refused to look at it and basically told us to pay or go away. We are almost 80 years old and felt bullied into paying the amount and taken advantage of by an aggressive and rude employee. On top of all this when we got home our type pressure was showing as too high at 40 when they had written it to be set to 36 so they had clearly overinflated the tyres to get the light to go off! DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Extremely helpful and managed to deal with my warranty issue where all other Hyundai garages couldn't. Couldn't fault the service and would happily make the trek to them, even though they are not my local dealership.

Poor experience. We booked for a test drive on Sunday, while they re really short of staff, we waited there nearly 20mins, but no one served. The staff at the end come to us but the tone is rude.

Just saw the arrogance and disrespect as one of the staff from allen ford riverside showed no manners to an elderly lady in the petrol station near their dealership,unfortunately all complaints are dealt with by there dealership and there is no way to complain to the group,this will affect my commercial buying of vehicles in the future,also very disappointing response to getting complaints details on the phone

My car was collected for an MOT and service and I was told it would be back with me by 7pm the same day, I told the collection driver I would be out and that it was fine to post the keys. I arrived home at 7:50 to NO CAR?! I’ve since gone online to see that the car failed its MOT but I’ve had no phone call to let me know and no one has asked my permission to keep my car overnight?!

I am having a very bad experience with Allen Motor Group. I bought Mercedes GLA from AllenKia-Solihull & I have to return car back for pre-existing fault
no response to calls, dealer is reluctant to repair and causing lots of inconvenience

I am driving a Kia Soul EV Great car and a fantastic range.

Much cheaper to run than a conventional petrol or diesel car.

If you need any help or assistance regarding Kia EV cars and live in or near Essex, I would highly recommend Allen Motor Group Brentwood.
The guys there know and drive EV cars.

I was dealing with a Salesman when out of the blue I received an email from the Sales Controller wanting to push a quick sale.

I don't know why they have to interfere.

It didn't add up that the MOT history showed front tyres very close to legal limit & they didn't change them??

I was given an ultimatum which I found slightly intimidating that if I didn't purchase the car by the end of play the next day that their offered deal would be removed.

I purchased my new Fiesta from the Slough branch and I was very impressed with the service there. Shah kept me up to date with what was required from the very beginning. On the day of collection Tom handed the vehicle over to me and explained everything really well. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

I bought a new car from this dealership last month, I had to wait for 9 months to get the car which was not a problem as they advised me most of the time.
When I went to the dealership to have an arranged test drive of the car the vehicle they gave me to drive was the exact same car as I wanted, whilst in the car I noticed a heads up screen which is on the top of the dashboard which gave you a mirror image of the dash board but including a few bits, for example speed display, speed limit in the road you were in, name of the road you are in and lane departure.
On receiving the vehicle I noted that the name of the road and speed of the road were missing from the heads up, I contacted the salesman who said it should be there and they would bring the vehicle in for inspection which they did. They returned the vehicle to me the same day and said there was nothing wrong and it is what it is, effectively you have got what you wanted and they were going no further with it.
I paid £550.00 for the heads up thing and it is no benefit to me at all because it does not do what I was led to believe it would do, I suggested they give me my £550.00 back and have heard nothing since, so I would advise perspective buyers to be clear on what they want as I don`t think the salesman I had knew too much about the new products on sale for the cars he was selling.
