I order 3 kurt vises

I order 3 kurt vises. Then 2 weeks got nothing. I called them but no respond. They already charged the bank. But have no clue where my stuff.

Your shipping costs are excellent
Some of the main reason’s why I choose
All Industrial Tool Supply are the quality of items, the vast array of products available for purchase and the shipping costs on most items are unbeatable. On heavy items that can really add-up in a HURRY $$$$

The web catalog is lacking

The web catalog is somewhat disappointing, as I have trouble finding what I want. I have a paper catalog thankfully, and between the 2, I find what I'm looking for. I find items in the paper catalog, I can't find on a web search.If I didn't have the paper catalog, I wouldn't have given 4 stars. Great company other than that.

Pricing is very competitive,I've found…

Pricing is very competitive,I've found the quality of the endmills to be very good(in this case,I refer to the Industrial Tool product line).
Shipping is generally very fast.
I find the website difficult to navigate with regard to entering a part number,and then trying to order that item;it seems to 'dead end',and gives no specifications for the item at that point.
I've received several offers to rate products I've purchased,and upon completing the rating,it goes nowhere.
Overall,I'm pretty satisfied with this company.
