Had to order a replacement part for our Mountfield mower, but wanted to check which part was correct. Very speedy reply with a link to confirm correct part and stock levels. Easy to order, competitive price, reasonable postage cost and 4 working day delivery target. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and good value products. I was uncertain whether I had identified the right replacement chain - they were quick to respond to my email and send me the link to the right part. Now delivered within a couple of days, inc over a weekend.

Having had a bad experience with another supplier, who sent the wrong mower blade, I tried Allmower. In contrast they knew exactly what I needed and processed the order pronto, in the meantime replying to my emails ditto.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They lied that my order had been dispatched, then tried to blame “Royal Mail tracking issues”.
They replied with a long excuse and promised it would be with me “within 24 hours”. It’s now 4 days later. When I chased, I got the exact same copy-and-paste message again.
I’m raising a chargeback. Save yourself the hassle.

Had several queries about mower wheel, every email was answered within a few minutes, more than helpful.

If you need spares for any mower this is the only place to contact! So helpful and go above and beyond their call of duty to deliver what is required. Knowledge is second to none and will offer you the best solution not one that takes money off you. Hard to believe companies like this are still available to offer advice and expertise that is readily available at the end of the phone.

I used AMP when trying to find an aftermarket replacement ignition coil for my vintage Danarm chainsaw. The response from customer services was very prompt and some good advice given. Also said they would refund if part did not work if returned. Hopefully this will not be necessary.

The most simple of orders, some 2x stroke fuel and chain oil. Expected delivery for a week later with an expected timeframe by Royal Mail but wasn’t delivered. Contacted AMP who stated Royal Mail had problems with their system and was in the wrong area and would be delivered within 24hrs with a max of 48hrs. No goods after 60hrs and contacted them again. 3 weeks later no goods and no reply to last email.
I have had to contact my bank to stop the payment and refund me.
Avoid them at all costs.

One phone call to this company and they sorted my problem out,exerllent service and delivery.

I sent a email asking what size cutter deck drive belt I would need for my ride on mower and Ben from AMP quickly replied with the correct size needed. Ordered the belt and it was delivered quickly by Royal mail.
Great customer service all round and I would highly recommend this company.

Was given extremely helpful and speedy advise by Ben of All Mower Parts Ltd Customer Service Team, as to correct dimensions of Chainsaw Chain needed to replace well-used chain.
New Chains arrived within 48 hours of on-line order being placed.

Ordered parts and one was missing off the order 164389/110825/18. been trying to call for two days never answers, called whatsapp number no answer, sent text message no answer, tried chat bot on site no answer. Have these guys gone bust?

WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! Absolutely useless, if you try ringing the number they won't answer I have tried 20+ times now, I asked for the tracking number 4 days ago via email to be told the warehouse would send it over IM SUPRISED YOU EVEN ANSWERED! That never happened, I then asked on WhatsApp this morning and told the same that the tracking details would be sent over still haven't received them. I should of looked at the reviews first then I'd of ordered the part I desperately needed else where. Appaling service I won't be using you again. 1000% AVOID THIS COMPANY
