They were fantastic. The boys did a fantastic job changing locks and rekeying x3 doors locks and also got them to install a gate lock. I saved hundreds of dollars going through them. I got 3-4 quotes and they beat all the quotes I had received. I give this company a 5 star review for customer service , price, workmanship timeframe. Don’t hesitate using them. Thank you

Ordered a product with next day delivery. 10 days and 2 calls later and it still hasn't arrived. Complete time wasters.

Terrible company ordered handles Wednesday didn’t receive an email confirmation money taken but no handles delivered, rang twice and got fobbed of by them saying they will ring next day, asked for refund now but not resolved,stay away !!!!!

Always have great service with this company! Alex has always been friendly when cutting my keys and providing locks!

Rude Eastern European chap turned up smelling of strong lager. Charged me £249 to drill out a lock barrel and put a £19 barrel back in. Was not there 15mins. Extortionate, cocky and poor English language skills, will never use again!

Started off good, got our business and money. Bought security keys and told we have to contact them for extra master keys. No answer to emails or texts . Finally got through on one phone call and was told yeah sure I'll send more master keys. Didn't ask any security questions and 4 weeks later no keys no replies and can't give access to new workers.

Shocking - ripped off my daughter & her partner when the lock didn’t need to be changed and then didn’t come out when their flimsy keys broke in the lock. How they sleep
At night is beyond me. Had them totally stressed out and worried. Disgusting

completely scam! I been over charge and ask only for cash payment . I take my cc record and as I mention on my email I will report to police , as I will don’t let no one take advantage, from 150£ I been force to pay 360£ for door which been never repaired. Please anyone be very carful of this Scam !

Honestly 0star, I feel that I was robbed. Paid £400 for replacement a small device for a broken. This device cost £30. All Time Locksmiths are robbers, never use them again!!!!!!!!

called them a few weeks ago to fix a broken lock, they replaced it with a lock that didn't fit the door and is now broken, I have called them 7 times now to replace it they have been out once then said they would need clearance from the office to replace the one they had fitted, said he will be back to do still waiting, have been ringing ever day and told every time someone will be out that day but still no one has come in this has been going on for 2 weeks now, I rang again this morning at 9:08 said he will ring me back in 15 mins its now 15:35 tried to call again engaged!! we are a charity and can't afford to lose £178! do something about it now.

He is the only locksmith I will be using from now on. The first time they came to me, they did a great job and were really friendly!

Not happy as I am deaf with speech - I have just been charged £240 for putting in new Yale lock with 3 keys. I just checked on screwfix for cost of locks and they are cheap

Checked the call out should of been about £45.00 and about £30 for the lock and keys which come with lock and not doing me favour by giving me 3 keys

Tried to charge £129 plus vat for a £7.80 lock
Charged £66 in machine when we agreed £49. Did not fix problem wanted another £66 for 5 min job
Will never use again

My door lock was locked from inside, try to call the locksmith and they sent a Romanian locksmith who for just looking at our door number charged us £60 including VAT. He ripped us off for his poor service.
Rubbish service with unprofessional thief locksmith. Will never use this locksmith again.

Unfortunately, I was not present when locks were being fixed.
They had to break the lock and replace it as well as the mechanism. I was offered a high quality unbreakable lock and was charged £1050, they were so good that they had a "long long guarantee"
When I called to clarify, the guarantee is only for 1 year if the mechanism is faulty!
If its an unbreakable lock, surely the guarantee should be against anyone picking or breaking the lock, in the case of ANY fault and or if the lock or mechanism breaks?
If these locks are so good, why is the guarantee only 1 year? I have a 3 year guarantee on my washing machine, which is more likely to break down, and it was half the price!
My own fault really for not being there and asking the relevant questions in person. Regardless I do feel conned.
Feel free to correct me if this is normal procedure.

I ordered a nice handy shed alarm which arrived in double quick time. I was really pleased, then of course it proved faulty and this company have proven completely inept at helping. I kept getting told to contact Alex who was incommunicable, finally, after ringing many times and sending many emails I was able to speak to him, he sounded completely incapable of any sense of customer services blaming it all on Covid, then finally he said he would refund me before banging the phone down. The refund of course simply hasn't happened. Avoid this company.

Came to resolve a key broken in a Yale lock. Options were replace Yale cylinder £180 plus £75 Labour plus £49 call out total £376.
Replace lock £370 plus Labour and call out.
I stupidly agreed to the first option £376 to replace the cylinder. I cannot find anywhere online where a Yale cylinder is anywhere near that price.
Standard Yale apparently its pick proof and drill proof.
So in my view I have allowed myself to be ripped off

Locked myself out of my car. Used All Time Locksmith. Extremely quick response time. Super efficient service and managed to access my keys without damage. Very friendly and efficient. Would most definitely recommend!
