Great Products!
Great Products! I have the Brave Biter pad, treat bag and a few other bits, and these are all great quality, hard wearing and practical to use.

Cannot fault the products or service
Cannot fault the products or service! We have had the mighty material lead, collar, alpha foam sports ball and multi-use training bag for well over a year, we use them multiple times per day and had zero issues.
I’ve had dog walkers ask where the lead and collar are from and would always recommend as they are so practical and aesthetic, I love the khaki green colour.
I find the staff who work at AlphaK9 to be amazing at communication, great at answering any questions and brilliant at advice. You can really tell they have high attention to detail and love what they do. Would highly recommend their products to any dog walker/trainer.

This is just a lovely review so thank you for taking the time to give your experience with our company. It’s so nice to know the equipment is being noticed for its quality out by dog walkers. We really do love what we do and our customers very much ☺️

Top Quality Products
I ordered both the Handlers Hoodie & the Alphafoam Sports Ball from Alpha K9. The Hoodie is fantastic, keeps you warm & dry while the large heavy duty pockets are extremely useful. I use the Alphafoam Sports Ball as a training reward, it has lasted well over a year & is something that I use daily. Customer service was excellent, super fast postage & lovely packaging. Cannot recommend Alpha K9 enough for all of your training equipment.

We have no records of your sale. We do have a record of a sale from your son for a slip collar. We sent out a replacement collar after he tried scamming us once already with images of the same dog & now a full refund. We do not offer a lifetime guarantee on our slip collars as stated upon purchase of our website which can be found online. This being said we did a refund to put an end to all the harassment over social media and various other review platforms. But still it’s not enough. You have had two collars for free. We refuse to accept this review as genuine nor did you make any purchases from us. We also refuse to accept this review as acceptable behaviour towards a very good business.
Poor quality
Poor quality, collar broke and refused replacement. Life time warranty is a lie

We offer no such thing as a lifetime warranty on a slip collar for a dog. You have had two free collars and a refund. Please this must stop now. The harassment is not warranted or acceptable.
