The team at alphatech are patient, supportive and fast. We have received excellent customer service over the years and I'd highly recommend them to any organisation looking for IT support.

I needed an email setting up today for a team member; the request was completed within 5 minutes. I then asked for a quote for a new PC, and again, the quote was ready in a matter of minutes. Always speedy, recent work to rewire our practice was fantastic, I can't fault the guys.

I have used you over the years for various things. Be it antivirus, remote back ups, new hardware, 365 subscriptions and email boxes to name just a few.

I even send your team emails with links in case they are spam and your team opens them securely first and tells me whether to proceed or not with opening it myself.

The latest job you completed for us was probably one of the more simplest for you as an IT company but for us, it was quite a big move.

Having a handle on what emails come in and making sure they are actioned (being a little bit of a control freak) we had one central mailbox but you’ve helped drag us into the 21st century and now we have dedicated mailboxes for members of staff that are backed up and secure. Even to others this might seem trivial, but it’s already help alleviate some of the stress as I can’t see all the emails and so don’t worry about them.

Other staff can’t accidentally read them and then fail to mark them as unread, resulting in customers not being contacted or worse.

It’s helped streamline some of the office communication and make things smoother.

Like I say, you and the team have completed lots of work for us over the years that we are extremely happy with but thought it was time to thank you guys in writing!

My recent experience relates to Dillon Coxon, who I must say is excellent. He is responsive, personable and professional. Dillon works diligently in sourcing the root cause of an issue before then correcting it. Thank you.

The speed and efficiency in which Dillon from Alphatec demonstrated in having all my IT equipment and server integration all set up has been fantastic.
Dealings via phone and web have been very professional and each item raised was typically closed within the hour (often sooner).

Thoroughly recommend their services.

After 5yrs in business it was time to step up, purchase new IT and ensure we had the right support for the business. Rob came out and was fantastic suggesting a support mechanism along with what would work for us. Although we are a small organisation (two employees), having IT fall down creates massive problems for us. I am happy to say we followed through, Jo came to set everything up and didnt move until it was all sorted, working and we were happy. We are so happy to have support at the end of the phone - no matter the blonde the request we have each week is! We are always met with professionalism and a solution.

Our service has recently transitioned over to Alphatech for our IT Services, they have supported this in a way that has made the process seamless with little in the way of down time. They have gone above and beyond in identifying our IT needs. They are responsive and proactive. I cannot recommend them high enough.

As a company we have used Alphatech since 2007 and will not look to go anywhere else for all of our IT requirements. Friendly and efficient service always and local to the area which is an added benefit.

I have used Alphatech for several years now, having tried and rejected several other people in the same field.

We needed an internal IT build from the ground up to support a large project for our client. Alphatech not only built this and made it functional as quickly as possible but also managed to provide solutions to other issues faced on the ground after the initial installation. They are punctual, polite and professional in everything they work on and make our lives at XCel Broadcast that much simpler.

We had an elaborate build with a multi-screen set up which was set up in just over a day. Cabling was done quickly and the network set up equally quick.

Had to get a screen replaced, had the laptop returned and working within a couple of days, overall a speedy, friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend.

installed new computer system / multiple screens etc - for my office. Was quick, precise, came with all wiring scenarios covered and left me with a professional set up - all based on their advice - covering me for the foreseeable future - well impressed all around and will recommend to all who require similar services
