"It's frustrating to escalate a refund issue to @CitizensAdvice. Over the past 5 weeks, we've exchanged 18 emails — yet I'm still being asked for the same information, and my replies are ignored. As a 60-year-old woman, I'm cautious about sharing personal details unnecessarily. Under GDPR, I have the right to limit how my personal data is used — this constant probing is unacceptable. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles customers to a refund if goods are faulty or not as described, yet this company’s refund policy is needlessly complicated and obstructive. I'm also deeply concerned that the manager's behaviour has reduced seamstresses in the shop to tears during phone calls. This isn’t just about money — it’s about respect, accountability, and how people are treated. #CustomerServiceFail #GDPR #ConsumerRights"
