They carry extended sizes so I can get cute and sexy shoes to fit my big feet. I'm a womens size 9 wide fit and their sizing advice meant the first pair of shoes I ordered were a perfect fit. I ordered on a Monday and they were delivered on the Thursday morning with free tracked delivery.

I got my shoes a size down from the size I usually wear and they fit perfectly!I will surely purchase again in the future!thank you!

I recieved my shoes very quickly, the quality is excellent and they were wrapped with care each shoe in a bag and then a draw string bag was extra to use plus then the box. I cannot find any fault with this company.

I was a little nervous buying from a company I’d not used before for such an expensive pair of boots but I was thrilled with my shopping experience. Website was easy to use, my boots arrived promptly and well-packaged and they are beautiful and a fabulous fit! This is my second purchase now with alternative footwear and I'm just as pleased this time as the first time. I bought a pair of Hades boots from their clearance section for just £55 which is just brilliant. I ordered them around midday on a Tuesday and they arrived about the same time on Wednesday, they were literally there in just 24 hours. It was free delivery too. The boots themselves were exactly as described, genuine Hades boots but they don't come in the original Hades box, they come in their own alternative footwear box, my last order of demonia boots was the same. The service from alternative footwear is brilliant with really good communication throughout. They use a safe and trustworthy delivery method ( NOT Hermes or yodel ). I'm very happy to give five stars all round and will be buying again. Thank you 😀

So we decided to re order / exchange for another pair that i liked, and they refunded the first pair n my boyfriend re ordered the new ones n got it in a few days, wore it on date with the girls n was lovely n was perfect!

Only wish is that they'd sent the boots in a box large enough to store them in. The website does say that they don't use the boxes provided by the manufacturers (Pleasers) but would have been really helpful to have the box regardless. Otherwise really happy.
