The staff at Capalaba store are absolutely amazing! The product range and store presentation are impeccable and the products are very high quality without the soul-shattering price tag!

Drivers dont ring the bell they then take ur stuff and dont redeliver it and don’t offer refunds even when admitting the driver 1 still has the item and needs to return it & 2 once the items are supposed to be returned they say they haven’t “restocked” them and say a refund will take 2 weeks. Yeah coz everyone sleeps on the floor for 2 weeks one way to get sued into the floor fast.

When we ordered our couch online we selected green on the website. When we received our invoice however it was dark grey. We called our local store and they stated they could not change the colours without taking the 30% deposit, and to contact directly on the website as it was their issue. Customer service refused to help and directed us back to our local store again. Went back and forth with still no help.

We've picked up a fair amount of furniture from Amart Springwood lately. The staff on both occasions went above and beyond to help get the items in our car. We'll defintely be using them again.

Horrible . We can’t get the refund of $299 because your cash register person didn’t do it properly . Sent the refund to no existing card that was cancel. The money are hanging in your Westpack iCloud but not being prosed to our new card . No helpful at all .CommBank referred us to the store with new saving card but those woman were shocking with they poor customer service . They names are Tara and Page . I am reporting them to customer protection office . We want our refund back and have the store menager contact us . 0412120585

Good product offer at sensible prices and a professional salesman who dealt with our requirements in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.

I found what l wanted with the staff’s assistance and enjoyed the whole experience. The only negative would be that some delivery times are very long.

Unorganised staff, delays and damaged items. I did receive a partial refund but overall very dissatisfied. Would never use again.
