Sandi made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. She was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through the right mattress and bed frame by asking all the right questions. We appreciated how comfortable she made us feel when asking anything
- nothing was too much trouble.
She gave us plenty of options and helped us choose exactly what suited us. We're absolutely happy with the ORTHOKINETIC PRESTIGE ELYSIUM GENTLY FIRM mattress she recommended.

A recliner was purchased on a Thursday, ETA was given 1 -week, before Thursday I was notified of item being in stock and ready for either delivery or pickup. I chose home delivery option, text received on the day of delivery with almost real time tracking and the recliner was delivered within the given window, delivery team members were polite and easy to deal with. A very stress-free experience for me and my family. Thank you so much.

Very proffessional

I purchased the Madeline 3 seater sofa bed in light grey. When I unfolded the bed out the top part of the mattress where pillows go was not flat it was risen. I checked the frame to see if it would go lower to a completely flat position, but it doesn't. I see pictures of other sofa beds that have completely flat mattress's and I just want to know why this particular sofa bed does not have a flat metal base or mattress.
Was not informed of this feature by sales assistant when I was looking to buy a sofa bed.

WARNING. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT THAT FALLS IN THE CATEGORY OF ‘CUSTOM ORDER’
I have simply placed an order for a double bed. Which just so happens to be a ‘custom order’. The delay on this product is getting ridiculous. We were told to sign a waiver where we pay a minimum 30% deposit and reassured by staff that we will see our bed in 12-14 weeks.
The delivery has been pushed out to FIVE MONTHS now. For a double bed…..
The store will use every caveat on the waiver and hide behind the wording. ‘It’s out of our control’ ‘many factors’ blah blah. They will take zero accountability but they will happily take your money. The ‘manager’ offered an insulting discount and happily reminded me that I would forfeit 30% of the sale for cancelling the order. In the meantime my daughter who wanted the bed has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor since we placed the order.
If you are considering buying from Amart furniture I would recommend shopping around and DO NOT believe the sales person when they tell you misleading delivery expectations, because management will duck and weave and use every word of the waiver to hide behind to forfeit their responsibility and expectations to their customers.

Customer service, quality of products . Great range , you can spend as little or a lot in store . It’s worth a first port of call .

We really loved the vibe and presentation of the store. One of the staff members was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We felt comfortable browsing around without feeling pressured to buy anything, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.

The staff member was also happy to help when we needed it and gave us the space to take our time and look through the products. We ended up having such a positive experience that we purchased three items. Overall, it was a great combination of friendly customer service, a welcoming store environment and a good range of products.
