Amazing Lofts (Storage Solutions) Ltd レビュー

Fast ,clean and affordable

We had a brilliant experience with Amazing Lofts, from the initial quote to completion of the work.

We had our loft fully insulated and raised flooring installed, as well as a new larger hatch, a ladder, grab rail and a mains-powered light. All done in a day.

The work was carried out by Matthew, Steve and Ceri. I can’t fault them. Polite, friendly and professional. They kept me informed throughout the day and worked hard. When they’d finished, you wouldn’t have known they’d been. Not a scrap of mess. Everything clean and tidy. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and we are very happy with our loft - so much more space, no more carrying a ladder upstairs to get up there and no more head torch.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amazing Lofts.

Everything thank you really pleased

Good communication and very little fuss. Completed the job to a very good standard

From the survey through to the work being completed it was a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble everything went so smoothly. The fitters were professional, friendly and brilliant for getting everything done. I am very happy that I chose Amazing Lofts and would recommend them to everyone.

Good guys who worked hard and knew exactly what they were doing. Good communication and clean workers who made sure they took their rubbish away. On reflection it would have been so nice if they had finished off at the top of the new loft ladder so that the first thing you see isn't dirty insulation and a piece of disused chip board flooring. Apart from that good.

So far so good. 6 months on and I'm still happy with the service Amazing Lofts provided. My wife and I are very happy with the extra storage space :)

great company to work with, very professional, timely, and nice prices as well.

From the first call to the finished installation truly a pleasure could not recommend them more highly 5 star

Great service, team was fab, professional, quality of work was great. Really recommend this company

Lovely workers...respectful and tidy.
Discussed our needs and made recommendations.

A young guy called Anthony came today - l am recently widowed and having to deal with stuff that I have no idea about - what a lovely young man - he told me that my loft was fine just a bit untidy and unless l wanted it for storage ( which at my age l don't) to leave it well alone - he could have tried to sell me something l didn't need so although l didn't need anything doing, l wanted to write a review to say how refreshing it was that a company was so honest

I had Mike P & Morgan installed boards in my loft recently.
I’m very pleased with the result , they worked , clean , fast ,I warmly recommend them.

Also the sales & back-office team was responsive and easy to work with, so very pleased overall.

Definitely a 5 star rating for service and workmanship from the Amazing Lofts' team. Jack, Sam, Chris and Jay were the team doing the work for me last week and I can't praise them enough, they were both professional and friendly, they did an absolutely fantastic job and left everything so clean and tidy. I have already recommended them to friends and they are doing a job today for my friend down the road :)

Prompt no hassle service. Fitters efficient and very tidy. Highly recommend company .

From start of quoting process to start of job very professional
Very polite installers, done the job very well and cleaned up afterwards, showed me the loft when finished and how to use the loft ladder would highly recommend this company

Already filled in a trust pilot review which you came back and said I am not your customer as you have incorrect name on your system

Got the job done. No messing about. Booked. Paid. Done . 👌

Initially very badly installed but put right very quickly.
I have now discovered the trap door is not fully closing and looks dangerous. I am concerned it may fall on me.
I am waiting a reply from the company.
29 April, quickly put right by the company and I am now totally happy.

Smooth all the way through, a great quote visit with clear explanantions of what to expect. Easy to book and the men who came to do the work were really good, quick, efficient, very polite and clean. Great experience. I would recommend to anyone considering their adding a loft ladder or boarding their loft area. Now I have loads of clean, dry storage and easy access to it.
