I paid this so-called Amazon seller attorney $1,500 to recover my account – and they completely failed.

From the start, their communication was painfully slow. I had to wait 3 to 5 days for every single response. And forget about getting answers when you actually need them – they’re never available for questions or updates. The person handling my case wasn’t even a lawyer, and every time I asked something, he had to “check with his boss.” Why am I paying a premium price to speak to someone who clearly isn’t qualified?

When the case was finally closed – without any results – they suddenly became super responsive and pushy… but only to ask for $17,000 in legal fees to take Amazon to court. Yes, seventeen thousand dollars after already wasting my time and money. The audacity is incredible.

And let’s talk about the quality of their work: basic, templated emails full of errors that you’ll have to double-check yourself. Honestly, you could use AI to write a better appeal letter. They don’t offer anything special that you couldn’t figure out on your own.

All those glowing 5-star reviews? Don’t trust them. I’m in a private group of over 3,000 publishers, and the recovery success rate from those who used this firm is closer to 20%, not the ridiculous 98% they claim on their website. That stat is nothing but marketing fluff.

Save your money, your time, and your sanity. This firm is all talk, zero results. I regret ever trusting them.

P.S. Update as of 14 July – Amazon Seller Attorney has contacted me via Trustpilot requesting my personal details in order to respond to my review (but for what purpose exactly? To tell me they’ll refund me? Or that they’ll compensate me for the damage they’ve caused?).

This makes me think, unfortunately, that I’m not the only one who has experienced this exact situation, especially considering the specific and detailed figures I’ve provided.

But honestly, Amazon Seller Attorney – aren’t you ashamed of causing further harm to people who have already been hit hard by Amazon?

May God protect you… you’re going to need it.

I contacted the company for help in returning blocked funds. They offered an account recovery service with an 80% probability. I paid $1,500. In six months of their work, I received two template letters with an appeal, which I had to check, correct and send myself. There was an agreement on an official legal appeal from the company's lawyer to the Amazon legal department, I did not receive confirmation of the fulfillment of this agreement. They stopped responding to letters. The account has not been restored, the funds have not been unblocked. I consider contacting Amazon Sellers Attorney a waste of money and time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently engaged with Amazon Sellers Attorney and they have been excellent in resolving my KDP issue. They drafted multiple appeal letters and escalated to Amazon legal team when required. Communication has been good and supportive. Overall I am very happy to use their services and happy to recommend.

Excelent Service

After 6 months of POA's and communications with Amazon, my suspension was lifted. I can't confirm if it was their service or the 6 month waiting period. The attorneys were very good at communicating with me and did provide many POAs that I submitted to Amazon. They did contact Amazon legal team to help remove the suspension, but still not sure if it was the attorneys or the 6 month waiting period.

Context: We reached out to them for help in getting our account reactivated after allegedly having violated Amazon's Seller Policies. Of course, they told us that they would be able to help us, and that even if the initial appeals didn't work, that they had "ways to escalate our case".

To be brief: All of the appeals kept being slightly edited versions of the previous appeals, which kept getting rejected. And their "way to escalate" was to email appeals to Amazon emails directed to "Jeff" or "Jassy", etc... Emails that I would bet anything never actually reach Amazon's management, nor the performance teams.

Why not 1-star then? Because I believe that they MIGHT be a good option if you hire them right away, when you have just gotten suspended. We hired them months after trying to deal with the situation ourselves, and I think this might have hindered their ability to help us. However, I did decide on 3 stars because I would recommend looking for another option. I bet there are better ones out there.

Finally, I'd like to point out that they did not show any interest in getting our case solved. After months of trying to appeal with Amazon Sellers Attorney's help, they never (at any point) reach out to ask about how things were going. Eventually we gave up, and it's been months and no one reached out to see if the case was ever resolved. So it's clear to me that they don't really care if they did end up helping you or not.
