My Kindle Direct Publishing account was terminated in early December, and my attempts to appeal the decision were denied. I was devastated - I believed my self-publishing career was over since nobody I contacted had ever heard of anyone getting a terminated KDP account reinstated.

I came across Amazon Sellers Attorney, and I wasn't too optimistic because almost all of their (raving) testimonials had to do with FBA or seller accounts. I had nothing to lose, though - the royalties that KDP was hanging onto were more than the attorney fees.

After giving them all the details of my correspondence with KDP they drafted a long and detailed appeal letter that they then sent back to me to submit.

KDP denied the appeal and Vera and Anastasiia tweaked it and asked me to submit it again. KDP denied that one as well, but the third appeal letter was the charm that worked!

Amazon Sellers Attorney is a reliable and trustworthy company that has helped me in the past to get my Amazon account reinstated. I recently used their services again in good faith to help me reinstate one of my Amazon store accounts that was suspended for a year which required extra effort and attention in detail, and they were able to get my account reinstated after several attempts. Waste of money. We ended up resolving the problem on our own by submitting invoices to Amazon while "Amazon Sellers Attorney" was still struggling to get their act together and create the appeals.

They kept transferring our case around to various people and were very slow to respond or do anything. They did not follow our directions and did not address our questions.

They gave the impression that, because their fee is non-refundable, they don't feel they have an obligation to do a good job.

We want our money back.

Amazon Sellers Attorney team was persistent with their efforts and when I nearly gave up on the hope, they still kept going until my account was restored. Thank you so much for your persistent efforts.

My KDP was removed and deleted because I was told I went against their policies. I naturally became extremely worried as I have several books I have published and I never intended to against their policies. I looked up Amazon Sellers Attorney and spoke to someone over the phone. They stated what they do and how they plan to reinstate my account. I followed their Plan of Action and a week later I received a response from KPD. They reinstated my account and I am now able to access KPD again and my book are showing up on Amazon again.

I am very grateful for their services and appreciate their assistance in this serious situation. I hope nobody goes through what I went through, however, if you are in this situation, I highly suggest you give them a call.

They got my account reinstated and I couldn't be happier. If you've been persistent and had no luck on your own it's highly likely these guys will get your account back and the price is extremely reasonable.

We were in trouble. Our money was put in reserve but our account health ratings were perfect in the USA and Canada.
The Account health staff we talked to were nice and polite but baffled. Twice we were told the money would be released and was not, this was already 4 weeks lost, no income.
We discovered an unopened email dated September 5th, from the amz UK. It told us we had a VAT due of 66BP ( about $80) and if amz could not get it paid from the money in the UK account the income of US and Canada would be put into reserve.
Well, there was no money in the UK account because we had all our listings disapproved in 2021, no income in the UK.
We responded to the email and were told they were looking into it and would get back to us. After 5 days we nudged them and got the same answer.
That is when we decided we needed a legal team. Within 24 hours of hiring them a series of letters were sent and amz uk started to respond. An executive from amz uk took charge and stayed in communication with us throughout. She succeeded in having the money released.
In all we were 7 and a half weeks of income into reserve, over $150,000 for a tax of $80.00!!!
In the end they realized that this tax was a mistake as it was applied to a removal of our product and not a sale.
It is the second time we use the amz sellers attorneys and we are again extremely grateful for their help.
