I placed an order and when I inquired about where it was, they told me it was out of stock but that I could order the exact same thing for triple the price. Talk about a bait and switch. Avoid at costs. Also, their email to reach them bounces back.

Not only is this company a scam, but it also is part of a network of scam vendors. That's how they got me...I ordered a watch from what I learned is another fake vendor and that started a series of fraudulent transactions by several web vendors I'd never heard of charging both my Mastercard and Visa. When this Amolove (my fancy dress box) charge for $170 showed up in my Visa account, my bank received back what they claim was the vendor's info on a legitimate transaction. However, when I reviewed the bank letter I received, the information to the bank was just information and made-up transaction information the vendor had already used with me.! No real information proving a legitimate transaction. I have not been able to call the vendor (no such number in Great Britain) or email (failed to be delivered). Be warned: I had to cancel and replace both my Mastercard and Visa cards multiple times, as well as change all passwords to my computer accounts. I am going to do as much as I can to put the word out about these web sites on the internet, but these scammers are sophisticated and relentless.

Wrong delivery, I contacted but no respond

Bought products over 1000 Euros which I had to return back due to low quality - I did not get a refund - complete scam never buy from this site!!!!!!! Some items never arrived I did not get my money back either.

The worst shop ever! I have been dealing with them now for over two months about discontined items. Each time I ask for a replacemtn item, I am told it too is out of stock. When I tell them to refund my cc, they tell me they are updating the site and cannot issue a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - THEY HAVE NO STOCK, although they show all items on their website. They are TERRIBLE!

I ordered a watch for over $130 … this took absolutely positively forever to be delivered! I really thought I had been scammed. But I have to say I finally did get the watch and it’s actually beautiful, it seems to be very well-made so far.

Worst of them all. Often the item you pay is out of stock, after you have already payed. Forget a reimbursement. They steal your money.

Ich habe unter anderen eine ROLEX GMT bestellt. Anfänglich ging die Armbanduhr sehr gut. Nach drei Monaten hat sie dann ihren „Geist“ aufgegeben. Ich habe daraufhin bei Amolove, Herrn Kaka, reklamiert.
Er wollte dann Nachweise haben, die ich ihm alle habe zukommen lassen. Eine Rücksendung war nicht möglich und ein Austausch auch nicht. Er kam dann mit der Schutzbehauptung, daß die Garantie bereits abgelaufen war. Habe darauf hingewiesen, daß das nach 3 Monaten wohl nicht sein Ernst sei. Daraufhin erneut die Schutzbehauptung über die abgelaufene Garantie.
Nur zur Verdeutlichung: Ich habe bei Ihm Uhren im Wert von mehr als €720 gekauft. Eine derartige Handhabung von Reklamationen ist schlichtweg unakzeptabel.
Ich rate dringend vom Uhrenkauf ab, auch weil ich aus meinem Bekanntenkreis ähnliche Erfahrungen mit dieser Firma erhalten habe.

Avevo erroneamente ordinato dei bracciali in lega d'argento quando li desideravo in argento Sterling 925 placcato oro 18 k.Ho chattato con del personale gentile ed efficiente. Mi hanno detto che era possibile stornare l'ordine, mi hanno immediatamente rimborsato e dopo 14 giorni dall'invio mi è arrivato quello che volevo. Posso solo ringraziare.

I’ve had the most incredible experience with this seller. They follow-up religiously via email. Products take a while to come because they are shipped internationally. People need to be patient. One of my items was lost and a replacement was sent. One item I double ordered accidentally and a refund was immediately issued anf the duplicate cancelled even though it was my error. The products are extremely high quality for them. I think people have way too high an expectation and a general lack of patience. I can’t say enough for this vendor and I don’t find in my experience to be a scam. Marking things delivered or completed has happened to me but it seems like that is when the item heads to the factory not when delivered. If people took the time to ask questions and work with people they would have a better experience. Plus having things go to a local location is for sorting purposes. I for one have bought many different items and have nothing but the very best of experiences with these kind, polite and communicative people. Ive been using them all year.

Company is a total scam!! Sent several emails requesting a status regarding delivery and never received a response.

This company is a scam. I received an item after 2 months of waiting. The item was not to my liking and according to their return policy i could return it for a full refund within 30 days no reason asked. First, they did not want to accept the return, then, they did not want to provide a shipping label and cover the shipping cost. Then they said to pay for shipping and send it back and only when they get it , they will give the shipping cost and a purchase price refund. So, I spent more than a $100 in shipping costs to send it to China. They received everything but never reimbursed me. So, no item and minus $400 in my bank account. I have been fighting this company since January. I have all texts and pictures as a proof. There should be a black list for companies like these scammers. Please don't make the same mistake as me

Nur Teil der Ware geliefert. Die Company die unter verschiedenen Firmennamen auftritt, meldet sich auf mehrere Nachfragen, wann die bestellte Ware kommt nicht.
Vor über drei Monaten bestellt, bislang nicht geliefert. Ware wurde bezahlt.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered 2 bags 2 months ago. After following them up weekly I have only just reviewed one bag and they now do not respond on why I have only received 1!! DO NOT buy any products from this business. They take your money and do not provide the products!

My order was 2 months late then they say oh we had to use a different courier. I track the package, it supposedly arrives in CT where I live then gets delivered to TX and they mark it as delivered. I contact them and don’t hear anything back. This is a scam.

Do not trust this site! Ordered something in Nov. never received it. Tried to reach out to company to send it refund. They first said they would resend. Never came. Then they never resounded to any emails or chats ever again. I am completely ignored. Never received product or refund.

Per niente affidabile. Diffidate dalle politiche scritte sul sito perché non valgono nulla. I had 3 separate orders. One was cancelled after 3 weeks of waiting and refund was processed right away. The second order came almost 8 weeks after. The 2 products I ordered are poor replicas. The Celine shoe had a short ankle strap and the strapping in the back and side were loose. The Hermes front pack had a very long waist strap. I am asking for a refund and have not heard. The 3rd order has not been shipped, I have inquired 5 times and they keep assuring me it's arriving within the week and it has not. I am asking for a refund
I would not recommend this seller.
