What can I say!
Lawrence is King of Cool.
My Hubby was a newly qualified GP and was doing locum work until he could find partnership. So obviously did not have the conventional proof of earnings that regular mortgage brokers require to find mortgages.
Lawrence and his team were amazing!

Our move has been one of the most stressful things we have ever encountered and being a doctor and nurse is saying something!

It took over 9 months with sellers having issues with evicting tenants from the property we were purchasing and having 3 sales fall through on our property!

However, Lawrence was always there for us. Was so reassuring and had a calming affect when I rang him in a panic, which happened fairly frequently!
We had to extend our mortgage due to the delay, which he sorted out for us so quickly.
He gave advice when buyers brokers were incompetent and we felt like we were being messed about.
He sorted our life insurance, which was again, was complicated with my husband’s medical history.
We will not be going anywhere else!
Words just cannot express how truly thankful we are to Lawrence and his team.

I was looking to re-mortgage to my existing lender for a 5-year fix. This was purely down to the imminent BoE interest rate rise in a couple of days at the time. As such, no other lenders had any better product. Lawrence took time to understand what i was trying to achieve; i.e; swift, efficient, no-nonsense remortgage service. Given the higher re-mortgage amount, was advised to opt for the product with a fee.
I took the advise and Lawrence was able to action this within the hour to secure the most appropriate product.

Completely stress free experience. I have already recommended A Mortgage Now to my friends and will return in the future for advise.

I initially used A Mortgage now for further advance, when my usual broker in the past giving me wrong advises which would have costed me more money. Lawrence from A Mortgage now, advised me properly and arranged the further advance within 3 weeks. Again I went to him for product transfer, he managed to fix it at the old rate, despite the rate gone up, when I completed the further advance. I intend to use them this year my wife's remortgage. They are efficient, knowledgeable and professional that's what you need in the current situation.

I had an excellent experience last week when I contacted A Mortgage Now for a rate switch. Lawrence Robbins was so helpful and even replied to my email at weekend. He explained everything clearly and acted speedily. I have never received such a great service from any mortgage company. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Website was very good and showed all options clearly. I got a better rate with my existing mortgage company with no fees. Everything was done simply online and I started a cheaper fixed rate mortgage within a week. Very impressed.
