It is important to know someone understand what landlord needs in this volatile market place.

The company keeps recard and with such a busy lifestyle sometimes you don't remember that your deal will come to on end in few months. And someone will call or message you to remind you.

Switching mortgage deal


Great service a mortgage now always remind me in plenty of time before my current deal ends and makes switching to a new deal simple without having to pay an extra fee to a mortgage broker.

Choosing a follow on mortgage rate


Choosing a follow on mortgage rate after my initial 2 year period ended was made very easy, by Colum Cleary at ‘A Mortgage Now.’
I was shown the plans available to me, which were clear and very easy to follow. My choice, a quick signature and Colum did the rest. Excellent service!

Really efficient

Really efficient. Clear and concise advice. Ended up staying with current mortgage provider but through using a mortgage now we were able to get a much better deal than had been offered online.
