I had a very upsetting experience with this clinic. Yasir was rude and sour in his attitude, especially when I asked for a refund. Rather than handling my concerns professionally, he seemed annoyed that I was questioning the outcome.

The circumcision ring started moving backwards instead of healing properly, and eventually it had to be cut off. My baby was screaming in pain for days, which was absolutely distressing to witness as a parent. Throughout this ordeal, I was repeatedly reassured that everything was normal, but it clearly wasn’t, as the ring ultimately needed to be removed.

I trusted this clinic to carry out a procedure on my baby safely, and the entire experience has left me extremely disappointed and upset. The lack of reassurance, the way my concerns were dismissed, and the attitude I received when raising the issue have made this experience even worse. I would not want another parent to go through the same distress.

I had a very disappointing experience with AMS Circumcision Clinic. When we first went to them for our baby’s circumcision, they tell us your baby is not ready for circumcision and they advised us not to go to any other clinic and told us to come back after 5 months. We trusted their advice and waited. After 5 months, we returned, only to be told again that the baby was still not ready and to come back after 1 year. Again, they strongly discouraged us from going to any other clinic.

This back-and-forth caused unnecessary delay and stress for our family. Thankfully, we found another circumcision clinic in Manchester who were very professional. They came to our home, did the circumcision safely and quickly, and were surprised that it had been delayed for so long. They said there was no medical reason for waiting this long.

I would not recommend AMS based on our experience. We felt misled and poorly advised, and I hope they improve their communication and care for other families in the future.

I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic regarding my son’s circumcision. I initially took him at 2 weeks old, and was told he was too young and to come back at 4 months. They strongly advised not to go anywhere else, warning that others might do it but could cause problems.

However, when I returned at 4 months as instructed, I was told the same thing again — that he was still too young. This was very confusing and caused unnecessary delay and stress.

I eventually went to a different clinic, where the procedure was done safely and professionally without any issues. They confirmed that my son was absolutely suitable for circumcision at 2 weeks old, and that delaying it was unnecessary.

Overall, I feel misled and disappointed. The advice I received here wasted valuable time and added unnecessary worry.

This reasoning was not explained in clinical terms, nor was it supported with any detailed guidance or alternative medical opinion. As a result, we were left confused and unsure about the next steps.

What was most disappointing was the lack of clear communication and the delay caused by this vague explanation. We were advised to wait without a proper medical plan or follow-up schedule. This led to unnecessary worry and inconvenience, particularly because we had made arrangements based on the clinic's initial availability and assurances.

When dealing with procedures involving infants, families deserve thorough, evidence-based advice and considerate handling. In this instance, AMS Clinic failed to provide the professionalism and clarity that parents should be able to rely on. I hope the clinic takes this feedback constructively and improves both its communication and patient care protocols going forward.

Strongly recommend the AMS clinic for circumcisions. Clean, friendly and experienced staff. Aftercare is incredible. 14 days of text messages telling us what to do really puts our mind at ease. Really easy to contact.
