Very good shopping experience

I ordered a Steiff Teddy Bear from here when I discovered it was available at this shoe shop, whereas from Steiff it was Ex Germany ex works. So I took a chance and I am happy to say that my order was as advertised, it met with all my expectations of a Steiff bear i.e. genuine, well presented in a Steiff box and an on time delivery Good transaction all round. The shoes were sent over two weeks after my initial order. Ihad no communication but I telephoned, I was only informed that an appropriate pair were not in stock and would be sent out the following day.
I was very clear in stating that the shoes are required for a wedding, my son being the groom. The shoes did not arrive in time for the wedding and as you can imagine created a great deal of problems and unnecessary anxiety in the process. All in all, Very disappointed.

Great experience and would highly recommend this family run shoe repair business! From the initial telephone call I was reassured they could repair my 25yr old RM Williams Turnout boots with new elastics and comfort sole.
They contacted me on receipt of my boots that I’d posted to them from Somerset and said there might be a problem with the soles that unfortunately had been badly repaired by a local cobbler . They kindly said they would do what they could and contacted me again by phone. Thankfully they were able to replace the soles and Elastics. I could not believe the quality of craftsmanship! My boots looked like new when I opened the parcel and I am delighted with them. Many thanks and much appreciated👍

There is loads of that good old fashioned service, that unfortunately is greatly lacking with a lot of businesses these days.

I really can't believe how quickly Anand Shoes of Stamford repaired my Red Wing Iron Ranger heels & got them back to me. Posted them 11th - returned 17th, with a new pair of genuine RW brown heels attached. An amazing feat considering the Christmas rush, well done to everyone involved

These guys are listed on Reg Wings official site as a repair option. They were absolutely fantastic and the total turnaround time was less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend

I cannot speak highly enough of my recent experience with Manish and Radhika and the work they carried out on my pair of well-loved Redwings. The heel lining had worn out after eight years of daily use, and they rebuilt it beautifully. The work is first rate, they put a pair of new soles on, and gave them a complete clean and nourish. Excellent service from start to finish, would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful find the RM Williams shoe repair service at Anand Shoes is! My boots were BEAUTIFULLY repaired. The communication over this job was excellent. I had them back in less than a week. I've been looking around for someone to repair these boots properly for quite a while and it was worth the wait and effort, as I've clearly found gold with these good people. I cannot rate the service highly enough!

They were so kind and helpful with the purchase of my shoes. They sent me three different sizes of the shoe I wanted to try on. Nothing seemed too much bother. I would buy from them again. I only wish I lived nearby.
