I was happy with the experience but disappointed that the blouse I ordered was unavailable. The first notification I got that this was the case was notification from PayPal that a credit had been given. Would be nice to get an email from the company explaining why not available.

This is the worst company ever. I made a return to the address I received the package from & it included all of my information. Unfortunately, after over a month I don't have the tracking number as I do mailings every single day. This company doesn't respond in a timely manner if at all. It is terrible you return an expensive pair of shorts & they will not give you back your money.

I love the shirt. The first one I ordered was too small.

I re-ordered and went from an L (original size according to the size chart on the website) to XXL which fits perfectly!!!

My criticism is the sizing guides given by Chinese manufacturers. They are wrong 99.9% of the time and this means the customer either takes the chance and orders something that doesn't fit (which then needs to be returned for an exchange or refund) or they have to order multiple sizes to begin with.

Either way, it is a total nightmare because returns/refunds are NEVER easy with Chinese suppliers. Even though the website writes that refunds are straightforward, quick and easy; they are not.

Most of the time you are asked to supply photos, when you ask for a return and refund you are told to keep the item and they will refund between 30-50% and if you insist on returning the item you have to pay for the item to be returned to China at a price that is absolutely exorbitant.

My suggestion is that if you wish to sell to the UK market, you really need to have a supplier based in the UK to whom items can be returned easily.

I had to order this dress 3 times to get one that fits.

Sent wrong size, sent two tops instead of whole out fit, charged for two complete outfits, duplicated orders. Your sizing doesn't fit me. Tried to return, post office said I need return address, as there were only shipping address on label. Contacted Anasida never received a return address.

Beautiful & colorful dresses; extremely soft fabric. Medium is perfect fit, but one dress was maxi length, not midi as shown (5'4"). Notification on site showed it at USPS @ 5 days before USPS showed it as being received. But, delivery was still only @ 2 weeks, as promised. Discount code wasn't accepted during ordering. Multiple emails back & forth, and is to be provided now, since dresses received.

Material is horrid quality. One of the 2 dresses purchased went into the trash immediately as it feels more like a tablecloth or shower curtain than it does a dress. Not wearable and huge disappointment. The other dress appeared to look suitable for wedding guest occasion but is not. VERY casual if it is ever worn.

I have ordered something which, when it arrived, was nothing at all like what was advertised. The image was of an expensive top with texture and colour. What was received was a cheap viscose top with no texture at all - the texture was a print instead. This was an expensively priced item, and the delivered item was not worth the money. I have contacted the company 3 times now and asked for a refund with no reply. They have also taken my comment on Facebook off and hidden them. This is the first time I have ever written a review. Please DO NOT use this company. If there was an option of zero stars I would have used it. This is a rip off.
