Andrews Office Furniture レビュー

Really helpful web chat and follow up, making sure I had exactly the right products, and that they were available for delivery the next day and reserved for me. Big thanks to Paul W especially for all his help 👍

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery. My chair is in great condition!

Great service from very helpful staff

Really amazing secondhand furniture. Really good communication and lovely service. Don't have one negative thing to say. Thank you so much

Great service. Helpful salesperson, not at all pushy. Very useful in that their chairs come fully assembled - very unusual! Delivery men were also very polite and friendly and brought my heavy old office chair downstairs for me. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic company - we ordered a huge amount of office furniture through them and everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very quick turnaround on delivery too. Big thank you to Paul for everything!

Super communication and easy to deal with. Thank you

The chairs we received were top notch and delivery was exactly when they said it would be.

Always professional

Jefferson (believe he works in the Old Street branch) assisted me throughout the entire purchase process which included helping to find suitable solutions that would meet our space and budget. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful.

Delivery was quick and everything was assembled by the staff in our offices very quickly with no disturbance to our operations.

Overall incredible experience. Have bought from them before and will do again!

Excellent fast delivery and chair is exactly what I needed for an affordable price.

I received initially a faulty chair and as soon as I reported the problem they tried to resolve it. Two days later the chair wass replaced to a new one. I am very happy with the professionalism and problem solving.

Great service from start to finish and very pleased with the products

Great quality furniture, delivery guys extremely helpful.
Very happy!

Ordered a refurbished Mirra chair and turned up 3 days later, hand delivered to the door with care. Great communication during delivery, no complaints . Highly recommend.

I ordered a standing desk last year and never got around to posting a review, so I thought I'd use my new trustpilot account for the good. This was a great company to deal with and they deserve their high rating. The desk is good quality and had features other companies charged more for. I had a few pre-order queries about delivery and when I phoned them, I spoke to a manager who was able to liaise directly with their delivery drivers which made things really easy to arrange. At the time, other companies in my budget had a fair wait time for delivery, but these guys delivered the day after I placed my order. No fuss and everything was assembled in my room where I wanted it and the functions explained to me. I wish all companies were as all-round satisfying to buy from.

The chair is excellent, and was delivered well by Andrews' own delivery van.

I'm not far beyond their normal £20+VAT zone fro delivery and initially I was quoted too high a price to get it to me. Jefferson got this sorted and at an in-between price for delivery I'm a very happy customer.
