Amazing service
We have used AOF for the past 6 years, Paul and his team have always been fantastic. The delivery and installation team are always polite, helpful and carry out all jobs to perfection. Paul understands our needs and meets our deadlines where possible.

Leather of chair peeled off
I bought 2 different chairs from them and were told that both of them were real leather. One of them is fine but the other one started pealing off in year 2 already and now it's really bad. When I contacted them, they couldn't do anything because the warranty is for one years and they asked me if I wanted to buy a new one instead.
Edit:
- I read the response below. I didn’t buy the chair online, I bought in store and I was told this was real leather, just like the other chair I bought together from your store. The other one is not peeling of because it’s real leather. I was misinformed and it’s not my problem that your store is closed now. I purchased many office chairs before, even budget ones from Ikea. It has been 10 years and they are not peeling off. Your chair which you still sell started peeling off on second year and now the wear is very heavy.
You cannot misinform a customer and be surprised when there is disappointment and offer them to purchase the same thing again, only to have the same experience again. Apparently your quality standards are happy with an office chair being used 2 years only and people should know about this.

Hello Hayri, just to be clear all-round the chair was purchased in March 2020 , as you sent a copy of the receipt along with the card receipt dated when asked by my colleague along with a picture of the chair confirming this. This was 4 years 7 months ago and no issues were reported to us earlier otherwise we could have looked into and flagged to the manufacturer.
As soon as you contacted us, we sent your email to the manufacturer to look at, as well as internally reviewing and it appears part of the front of the seat and part of the upper backrest has peeled off, where the user had been positioned over the years. The chair is indeed a leather – a soft bonded leather which we do point out online, I can see you bought in one of our showrooms but this store closed over 2 and half years ago.
The chair material does have a one year warranty, and two years on the moving parts mechanism. I’m sorry we can’t just change over the chair, as manufacturers would class this as wear and tear with usage – certainly after nearly 5 years of use – and I’m not sure of any company reacting differently. I’m sorry you feel disappointed, and as my colleague said these chairs are still available if you choose to purchase another.

We had our office furniture delivered and installed by Flo , Alex and Jamie over 3 visits. They were quick, friendly and very helpful and went out of their way to go the extra mile.

Excellent website and delivery
Excellent website and delivery. Quality desk was delivered whole rather than assembled new from box at property, and had slight scratches on the surface, but nothing serious.

Great service, love the second hand option
This is the second time I bought a second hand item from Andrews Office Furniture and I am very happy with the item and the service. Communications were fantastic and I knew exactly when my items would arrive. Everything arrived on time and were in exactly as described. The prices for the second hand furniture are fair and from a sustainability point they are great. Highly recommend

Great service
Andrews office furniture gave great customer service.
Peter was very welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and kind in helping me find a replacement home office chair. An wide range of new and used chairs to choose from in their Old Street premises. Delivery was £15.00 and the chair was delivered to schedule and cleaned prior to delivery.
Non refundable and no warranty on used chairs so be aware of the t & c's and be very sure what you choose is what you really want.
