Absolutely amazing experience 10/10. Natasha the photographer was so friendly, polite and kind. Really helped me come out of my comfort zone and made it such a fun experience. My make up artist (Sam i think) was very bubbly and lovely! I don't do much makeup normally so she just did it lightly and I felt gorgeous. The whole team from the receptionist to the lady who showed me the photos, which included a little film video with popcorn was absolutely perfect. Such a good experience. I would highly recommend to anyone! I didn't feel pressured at all to buy any photos either which was so nice, I still came away with lots I ADORE! Thank you all so much ❤️.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing.
Hair and make up artist, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made me look amazing, something I never thought Id see.
Then onto the photos and for a girl who isnt that confident hannah was amazing she made me feel relaxed and fantastic the whole way through.

I definately came out a better person!
The facilities are stunning and the whole experience was fantastic.

From the moment I stepped out the lift I felt relaxed, was warmly welcomed by reception. Hair and makeup by the lovely Sam. Felt relaxed and confident in the studio with photographer Hannah and the viewing of photos with Kirsty was fun and no pressure. Highly recommended.

COMPETITION WINNERS BEWARE!!!

I won a competition advertised on Instagram, one of many I see now after reading others reviews. I was told over the phone that i had won a competition and that a welcome pack would be coming out shortly.

On the phone the woman was lovely,i can't fault the friendliness of the staff honestly they were so happy and friendly and overall just nice people. I had mentioned that I would be coming over from Belfast to do this and I would make a weekend out of it and i was so excited - the woman said they'll make it a luxurious experience since I'm travelling over. She said there's a £50 deposit first of all that she takes over the phone and then at the studio I would get my hair/make-up done and then obviously the photoshoot and I can have a viewing on the same day with some drinks and some popcorn instead of seeing the photos when i got back to Belfast,so as you could imagine i was over the moon excited to be treated this way. I had been asked why i entered the competition and what i want out of it, i told the girl i was super self conscious about my body and i let her know i have chronic conditions that make my life generally very hard, so this photoshoot would hopefully help me see the person i can be and the proud person i should be,i wanted to feel empowered.
The weekend came and so i hopped on a plane with my mum and we made a weekend out of it.
Skip to the viewing, mind you on the phone it was mentioned that i would get 10 photos on a USB and initially i thought "well its a free photoshoot they couldn't give you more than that you can't be greedy", boy was i wrong. I was brought into a room for the viewing and oh my goodness the photos were absolutely unreal,i was shocked and so overjoyed that these women were able to make me feel empowered about my body that I've felt horrible about for the last lot of years. Then i was told to pick between black/white and coloured photos for every single one. My mum and i were beaming the whole time like my cheeks hurt I couldn't stop smiling.
After we sat and picked all photos for like 10 or 15 mins, the girl mentions packages and what we'd be happy to pay? Huh? I won a free photoshoot? The cheapest package started at £645 for 10 photos on a usb - LOL can you imagine.

Asking a minimum for £645 for DIGITAL photos is crazy work for a free photoshoot.

So obviously i was completely deflated. I was then told one A4 photo is included,not the 10 that was mentioned previously. I didnt even want to do this anymore, i was so sad and felt awful that i just wanted to leave. I was told that the £50 deposit i gave could also go towards another photo. So i ended up getting two A4 photos for £350 (£300 for the flights and accomodation for said free photoshoot) and i was obviously just so annoyed that the manager gave me a third photo for coming over from Belfast.

To the company - I had a look at some other reviews and there are a lot of people who have experienced the same problem with the competition, what made it worse for me is that I spent £300 to go over there and do what I thought was a free photoshoot. In your replies to these reviews, specifically on Trust Pilot you keep mentioning that you "aim to keep things clear", you even say "we will be reviewing our communications to ensure they are more transparent going forward.", yet there are still people coming to your studio for how ever far they've come to be pressured into getting their own intimate photos and are unaware they had to pay for any of it considering it a free photoshoot and you still refuse to specify that only one photo is included.

Don't know how many reviews you need to read before you realise that this is just bad business. You are doing this to so many people. You're putting yourself out there as a business that empowers women but I've never felt so "less than" in my life, you initially made me feel so amazing and proud of body just to completely shut me down and expect me to pay for something you have advertised as free. Never does it mention anywhere that all the photos weren't included, it doesn't mention in the welcome pack about prices either.

You texted me the day after the photoshoot saying sorry for the confusion and that you'd be happy to discuss anything on the phone. Unfortunately my phone broke that day in Manchester so i replied the Monday stating the above and you haven't said anything else.

Wouldn't recommend the company to anyone, genuinely how do you carry on knowing you're doing this to so many women. Horrible experience overall i genuinely wish i hadn't gone at all, I'm out money and my self confidence.

Save your money and go to a company that values you as a human being on the end, not just a money grabber.

All the staff were really accommodating and friendly. They made the experience feel warm and welcoming and provided encouragement when feeling nervous about a new experience that I had not done before. Would recommend them to anyone!

It was a great experience, the staff was lovely and supportive. Massive shout out to Abigail who has guided me through the photo shoot and the effect was incredible - I could not believe how good the photos are! Very happy with the whole experience, would definitely recommend! :)

I was made to feel so welcome & special!! Photos were fantastic...really hard to choose! Came away with a fabulous record of my day with this amazing bunch of ladies! Thank you 😊

My daughter won as she thought, a photo shoot were she would get her photos. We flew from Belfast the night before for 2 nights. The girls were all lovely but at the end we were told the photos would cost £600 upwards. If you win this shoot don't go. You get 2 photos. We got 1 extra as we came so far. Big deal. Be careful winning these things.

I had never done anything like this before, but I felt so welcomed and the photographer made me feel so confident. I really enjoyed the whole experience. Thankyou so much to everyone there! The most amazing day! I’ve honestly never been surrounded by such supportive women. From the second I walked through the door, they made me feel like a complete 10/10. Such a welcoming, uplifting atmosphere I’ll definitely be coming back!

I did have a great experience the staff were very accommodative. The MUA did a good job with my makeup, the hair was more curly than a blowout style but it still looked okay on set. The photographer was amazing very talented had great pose ideas and props and made it feel easy doing the shoot.

However, when I initially got a phone call to say I won they didn’t state I would need to pay for photos by the end of the shoot if I wanted more than the a4 print. I was confused before when I edited this review you do get an A4 print of one photo I remember they said that on the phone but there was no mention of photo packages and costs if you wanted more of them. I also asked if I was able to get digital prints but there was still no mention of costs when I asked this and that’s why I changed my review.

I think clearly stating that digital photos are to be paid for and the pricing of photo packages before the shoot would be important as customers are coming from miles away and they are paying enough to travel to Manchester. As this was not stated until after the shoot. This is why I said it can come across like a scam for people and deceitful as you are convinced to pay for the photos by the end of it and isn’t mentioned when you win. That information really matters, especially for long distance customers.

I understand I won the experience and it was really great! I do not mind paying at all as I wouldn’t want to have the company not paid when they do have great skills. It’s the lack of communication of package costs that has made me leave this review at 4/5

I recommend this studio as they are really talented but ask of package costs as I was not told about it. You get one a4 print for free with your free boudoir experience. They told me of that before the shoot.

They will also offer a discount on your package and they can also do instalments on packages as well because the photos are quite pricy.

I loved the photos so much I got 10 photos on a usb stick with 2 for free as a discount. My package was £645.

The whole team are absolutely wonderful. From booking you are taken care of, kept in touch with, and made to feel comfortable. The shoot day is calm, welcoming and so much fun. Viewing is a dream. Everything was perfect and I would do it all again!

My makeup and hair was gorgeous, photographer made me feel super confident and comfortable. I was nervous however eased into the experience. The photos though wow. Unreal. Considering my self esteem is low even I could admit I looked banging!
