Have my 18 year old on this product

Have my 18 year old on this product. The hard ground this summer has really made him uncomfortable for the 1st time ever. This was recommended by his chiropractor. He's much more comfortable now, took three weeks to start to see any benefits. Arrived really quickly

Special offer never arrived

The product arrived but I took advantage of a special offer that meant if I bought a large 1k tub and entered A code that I would get a 500g tub free. This never arrived.
