Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. No reply from wither direct emails or their website contact form. Points total 'stuck' just below redemption value and new completed survey points are no longer being added weeks after completion. Edit - I have now tried replying to the survey invite email. Guess what? No reply.
EDIT: Finally received a response on 29th Sept "Firstly please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in response to your emails. This was due to a technical issue which has now been resolved.
We will be updating the survey points from partners surveys taken in August this week and will be checking your account to make sure your points have been updated accordingly."
Missing points added quickly and payment made, again very quickly so have changed my rating.
