Sehr unfreundliches Personal, dreckige und alte Umgebung. Die größte Frechheit war, dass man für 60min kostenfreies WLAN zu einem (!) einzigen Serviceschalter gehen musste und hier eine erst nicht funktionierende Prozedur abhalten musste. Wir leben in 2025, da muss kostenfreies WLAN ein Standard sein.

Es sind zu lange Wege zu den Terminals. Für Behinderte giebt es kaum Sitzplätze. Obwohl ich eine Freigabebescheinigung für mein Beatmungsgerät habe,wollte Pegasus mich nicht fliegen lassen. Hilfe, giebt es nicht. Deutsch spricht niemand. Ich habe mich mit meiner Lungenkrankheit zum Terminal schleppen müssen.

I love Turkey having visited multiple times and four times in four years but I have unfortunately resolved not to travel via Antalya airport again. This chaotic, badly organised, overpriced and unwelcoming job creation monstrosity delivers a traumatic experience that reverberates long after you leave it. A month after my last transit I still feel the effects. I hate to say goodbye to Antalya but my love for Turkey has led me to explore other destinations in the country.

Je word veel te vroeg hier afgezet na een All in vakantie. Hierdoor heb je veel tijd over en ga je iets eten uit verveling. Voor twee personen een medium menu en extra burger bij Mac Donalds.
Thuis schrokken we ons kapot omdat er 71€ van de rekening was gegaan hiervoor…

My 1st experience of Antalya Airport yesterday... what a nightmare it was.
We arrived after changing to a private Taxi as the so called SPEEDY TRANSFER was nothing of the kind. Went through the 1st security check & scan... moved onto the 12+ long check in queues and spent approx 45 minutes waiting to check in our bags along with hundreds & hundreds of others. Then on to passport control with its huge queues again and border staff that dont seem to know how to be polite or curtious & maybe one day they could try smiling 😊 then on to the next security scan and the whole process so far was 1 hr 55 mins and our flight was about to start boarding soon, so couldn't stop & experience the extortionate food prices that the airport offer... then I arrive at the gate to find yet another security check supposedly authorised by the 'British Government' ... had 12 minutes to sit down and then started boarding... then spent 4.5 hrs on the flight from hell with multiple screaming babies that didn't stop screaming the whole journey, uneducated people unable to have a conversation without using hundreds of profanities & families arguing with each other without a volume control... no chance to sleep ... just grateful to land safely & happy to arrive home at last later that night... Das ist ein Albtraum. Völlige Chaos, ewiges warten am checkin. Die wollten einfach wachsen ohne Plan. Fast 2 h auf Koffer gewartet. Alte Menschen mussten ewige Strecken ohne Vorwarnung laufen und konnten z. T. Einfach nicht mehr weiter.
Es ist zum Schämen

Antalya Airport is one of the most disorganised airports I’ve ever used. There are long queues at every stage — arrival security, check-in, passport control, and then yet another round of security. Even duty free and the shops are overcrowded with endless lines. The boarding process is a complete farce, more like a free-for-all than an orderly system, which makes the whole experience chaotic and stressful. Staff don’t seem interested or willing to help, which only adds to the frustration. On top of that, everything is outrageously overpriced — a simple bottle of Coke costs €6.50 and a McDonald’s meal is upwards of €20. For such a busy international airport, the lack of organization, poor service, and sky-high prices are shocking.

Tip for traveler's: Arrive extra early, bring your own snacks and drinks, and avoid relying on duty free or airport restaurants unless you’re prepared to overpay.

A very complicated airport with no signage at all – it’s impossible not to get lost, and on top of that, the traffic is terrible. I hope you won’t have to use this place.

Wir waren dieses Mal echt vom Flughafen enttäuscht. Für die Erweiterung wurde so geworben, gelandet irgendwo am Rande,eingeferscht eine gefühlte Stadtrundfahrt im Bus ohne Klimaanlage. Die Passkontrolle ging och zügig, aber dann..solche verdeckten Toiletten, am letzten Kofferband ewig gewartet. Noch schlimmer beim Rückflug, muss meinen anderen Bewertern recht geben, unfreundlichen Personal, lange Wege teils ohne Klima, verdreckte und defekte Toiletten, gefühlt 1 Drittel Dutyfree Verkauf, fehlende Hinweise für Raucher, überteuerte Gastronomie, dann späte Info zum Abflugsteig und ewig lange Wege durch sonnige,unklimatisierte Gänge kommt man dann im alten Teil an und sitzt oder steht mit 2 Abflüge in einem überfüllten Abflugbereich. Ich kann leider nixs positives am neuen Teil finden,da war es im alten Teil besser und sauberer.

Katastrophe, kein Plan alles läuft wie Kühe auf der Weide durcheinander. Keine Sitzplätze, dafür Astronomische Preise, Getränke waren im Flugzeug günstiger. Toiletten unter aller....mit 20 Minuten Wartezeit. Der alte terminal war um längen besser, war zwar auch immer voll, aber organisiert, und spätestens im Gate gab es genügend Sitzplätze.

Chaotic airport, no organisation, unhelpful staff, unclean toilets no locks on doors. Needs more signage after departure check in. The worst airport I have ever been in

I would never return here in my lifetime. What an absolute joke! £80 for three simple meals at McDonald’s and €60 for just two pizzas. Completely outrageous prices for very average food. It feels like they are taking advantage of tourists. Save your money and go elsewhere ,plenty of better options around that don’t rip you off like this.Checking after checking after checking all time spent there was queuing instead of having a break or visit any kind of shop. Back and forth to get tickets,spend 3 hours before my flight non stop standing and also queueing, 192929380992 checking points ,puts me right off. Extremely rude stuff, very inconsiderate to travelers, we have been traveling for 13h and we ended up in this airport where a bottle of coke 500ml cost 6 euro. you aren't wven part of EU why would you have your prices in Euro for ??? NEVER AGAIN

schlechteste flughafen auf dem erdball. unfreundlich, überteuert, unorganisiert. shame of you!! Allah würde sich schämen solche Kinder zu haben!!!!!
1 und letzter urlaub in der türkei!!!!

ps: die automatisierte rückmeldung könnt ihr euch hier ebenfalls sparen weil auch das ist nicht erns gemeint - wie alles nur lächerlich!!!

Die Preise sind maßlos übertrieben, ein kleines Wasser 4€, wie kann man solche Preise machen???
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, deswegen auch der zweite Stern

Whilst the security processes went pretty smoothly despite it being busy, once through security it's clear that all the airport care about is money.

There is extremely limited seating (unless you're eating in one of the massively overpriced restaurants). Nearly £17 for a Big Mac, £5.50 for a small bottle of Coke from a vending machine and £9 for a sad looking packet sandwich. I know you pay a premium when traveling, but this felt like extortion to be completely honest.

If you must travel through this airport, do yourself a favour and eat before you get here!

Also echt, der Flughafen = totale Katastrophe! Heute zurückgeflogen – Personal mega unfreundlich und arrogant. Dazu kommt noch, dass alles unorganisiert und total chaotisch ist.

Really not a bad experience at all. I was expecting the worst having read the reviews but travelled at the end of the school holidays (UK) and definitely not the worst airport I’ve been to by some way.

Modern facility at T2. Initial security checkpoint queue was long but cleared pretty quickly. No issues at check-in or border control.

Duty free is a bit manic but it’s a busy airport so not sure what others were expecting. Didn’t struggle for seats, seems to be a reasonable amount towards the gates.

No issues with staff, we’re all reasonably friendly (or not unfriendly).

Food is pricey but it’s an airport, not unusual!

Specifically McDonalds. DO NOT USE. Charged £70 for 3 people. 2 were meals and 1 just a burger. All 3 meals came out wrong, 1 missing a burger, 1 (a cheeseburger) missing the cheese and all 3 including items removed at the touchscreen. The collection point was utter chaos. Virtually no seats either. They are ripping people off and cannot get basic selections right. Heard many others complaining too. Save your money!

Meine Erfahrung am Flughafen Antalya war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiter wirken unfreundlich, arrogant und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Statt klarer Informationen bekommt man widersprüchliche Antworten oder wird schlichtweg ignoriert. Auf Nachfragen reagieren viele mit Arroganz – oder gar nicht.

Auch die Abläufe sind chaotisch: Es gibt keine deutlichen Durchsagen oder Aufrufe, sodass man als Passagier schnell den Überblick verliert. Wer Fragen stellt, wird nicht ernst genommen, teilweise sogar belogen. Besonders erschreckend ist, dass Reisende – egal ob Ausländer oder Türken aus Deutschland – respektlos behandelt werden.

Verpasst man seinen Flug, wird man nicht unterstützt, sondern einfach „hochkant rausgeworfen“ – man fühlt sich ausgenutzt und völlig allein gelassen.

Ein internationaler Flughafen sollte eigentlich für Service, Fairness und Professionalität stehen. In Antalya erlebt man leider das Gegenteil: Ignoranz, Respektlosigkeit und ein Umgang, der alles andere als kundenfreundlich ist. Sehr enttäuschend.

This airport (T2) wasn’t quite as bad as I expected from the other reviews. Both security checks (one at entrance one after passports) were reasonably efficient and the check in queue for put Sun Express flight was fine. We were through all checks and into the main area within around an hour. As other people have said, the prices were ridiculous. £20 for 4 drinks from KFC! We would have been inclined to spend more on food and drink if the prices hadn’t been so high, but didn’t spend any more on principle. Also there is very very little sitting space so be prepared to stand up a lot.
