I placed an order on 18 March 2026, but as of today – 21 April – I still haven’t received it, even though the website states that deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula take up to 48 hours. The seller isn’t responding to my messages.

Had the same experience as other people. Quick to make the order, but my package never arrived.

Ordered on July . Hopefully payment was made by PayPal
Three weeks after i made the order only a tracking number was given to me . I contacted them via WhatsApp .
Answer : I had a health issue order Will be sent next week.
PayPal Refund me . On this day no package was sent to me
I Just Forget to ask Which year from next week

Todo fue correcto, envío rápido y material en condiciones. Compré un hormiguero 3d para un regalo de navidad para mi hijo.

Don’t order there

Commande le 14 septembre 2025, vendeur contacté par tous les moyens possibles, ne m'a jamais envoyé ma commande et ne procede pas au remboursement ! Arnaque, à fuir !

Ordered formicarium in mid-december 2024. Received email confirming order, money went out of the account and still nothing received as of 30th Jan. Tried to get in touch via their website, email, calls, voicemail but no response or answering of phones
Update 30/1/25 Antderground got in touch via whatsapp after posting initial review saying they would find out where the order has gone.
Update 18/2/25 Contacted Anterderground because I had not heard anything. They said they would find out where it is tomorrow (19/2/25)
Update 14/3/25 Contacted Anterderground because I had not heard anything. They said they would contact UPS
Update 14/4/25 Contacted Anterderground because I had not heard anything. No response as of 5/5/25
Update 13/7/25 Contacted antderground via WhatsApp again, they replied asking for order number. Once I sent this over, got no reply.
Update 11/8/25 Contacted antderground via WhatsApp again, no reply. Contacted them via instagram. They asked what the problem is even though it was detailed in the original message. Have since been ignored.
Update 2/10/25 Still nothing from antderground
Update 6/10/25 Received message saying they had been ill and that is why they are slow to respond, but still no formacarium or refund
Update 26/11/25 Still no response/refund/formacarium despite them continuing to post on Instagram etc. Coming up to 1 year after taking my money and NOTHING. Beyond a Joke
Update 19/12/25 Despite numerous messages over the last month, there has been no response. Finally replied yesterday (18/12/25) and at first refused to issue refund and said they would block me. They then said they would send refund, but nothing. Have screen captures of entire conversations on Whatsapp and Instagram as proof
Update 20/12/25 Now saying they would give part refund of 43 euros because they don't have the money for full refund. Still Nothing in bank account
Update 22/12/25 Finally got partial refund, but only 23 euros not 43 euros that they said they would send. Still owed 92.70 euros.

first they send me the wrong item then they would resend it spoiler they did not send anything and now he is gosting me on whatsapp and gmail

My package hasnt arrived 20 days later from the order. Customer support service is trash they do not reply to you. Would not reccomend do not buy.
