I bought the Apeaksoft unlocker program/software to erase mobile device management from my locked phone.
Initially the program was not working and I sent an e-mail and explained the problem and I got an instant reaction, that they would get back with a solution as soon as possible. After a day I received a solution mail with a link to use. Unfortunately the solution was not working. The problem was send to an engineer and it appeared that is was a flashing error and I needed to download a specific version of iTunes. The link to this version was included in the mail.
Now it worked and MDM was removed from my phone
Even for a Kay user like me it was easy to do!
They put a lot of effort into solving the problem in a reasonable time frame.

I wish I had read Trust pilot before buying this stuff ! It does not work they do not refund
Our software is not the problem...
Folks steer well clear and save yourself time and money
It's very poor that they don't refund a product that does not work and has not been used

Apeaksoft FixMP4 – Video Repair 1.0.10 looks identical to Tipard FixMP4 – Video Repair 1.0.10, and they both have exactly the same problem suddenly crashing when you click repair. I originally downloaded Tipard before Apeaksoft so wanted Apeaksoft to tell me if the 2 programs were in fact exactly the same so I wouldn't waste my time further. But Apeaksoft repeatedly refused to answer this simple question, which is very suspicious because why not just answer a very simple question re if their program was designed by the same person that designed Tipard's program, unless there's something to hide? Very strange having 2 programs from 2 apparently different companies (as Apeaksoft claimed they have nothing to do with Tipard) being identical in every way, and from my experience with this useless Apeaksoft FixMP4 – Video Repair and other useless Apeaksoft programs I've used, along with their customer support refusing to answer a simple question, I recommend everyone stay well away from Apeaksoft!

I am using their audio recorder. It's simple and it works in addition with great noise reduction.

If you are considering buying Apeaksoft's products because their 30 Day "NO RISK" Guarantee gives you peace of mind, forget it. Their interpretation of "NO RISK" is not likely the same as yours, and they will not refund your money, insisting "it's not their fault", for any number of boiler plate reasons.

Well developed tool (Apeaksoft iPhone Transfer), will allow you to move an entire library of photos to your iPhone.

All of my pre-iCloud photos were saved on my PC and I needed to transfer them in order. If you use iCloud Drive or Google drive or even a USB attached storage device it will save all the photos in a random order, this is clearly an issue with the saving algorithm in iOS.

Once I moved all the photos I duplicated the newer photos as they were being shown before hand.

Once this was done my older photos were in the beginning of the camera roll whilst the newer photos were at the end.

Seamless!

Although burst photos didn’t transfer and gave errors, I’m sure an update will fix this.

All in all 10/10 experience.

Screen Recorder works perfectly, no complications or complicated settings. It just works.

I haven't tried Video Converter yet, but it is installed and looks just as simple as Screen Recorder

Scam. Their iphone eraser software is unnecessary and to top it off they signed me up for a subscription after I emailed them that I wanted a refund. Now I have to saddle up for more nonsense as I try to get my money back for this month. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

En primer lugar, me parece una forma de respeto que tengan todos los servicios en Español para hacer las compras y una vez que hemos comprado se comuniquen en Inglés

La forma de contratar es muy confusa, es cierto que me di cuenta cuando me llegó la confirmación del pedido fue la primera vez que vi que se hacía una suscripción, ustedes mandan pantallazos del proceso con la página en Inglés y yo la hice en Español, en ningún momento vi que era una suscripción, llevo muchos años haciendo pedido online y miro todo muy bien, es posible que se me escapase este punto.

Por otra parte, una vez me di cuenta de que había adquirido (involuntariamente) una suscripción, entre en mi apartado de cliente para anularla, pero no figuraba, ninguna compra ni ninguna suscripción, por tanto, di por hecho que la información recibida era incorrecta, no obstante entré varias veces, pueden comprobarlo en los registros.

Como comprenderán soy un usuario particular, solo he realizado un uso de la compra inicial y me parece que una empresa seria no puede tratar así a los clientes, no es por el dinero, es el detalle y la sensación de engaño que producen.

Por mi parte pueden quedarse con el dinero.. espero que lo necesiten para salvar una empresa que engaña a los clientes

Before the end of the billing cycle, I contacted them. They cancel the further renewal for me quickly and avoiding being charged for another month.

Finally after days of communicating I received a credit. Just make sure you cancel any subscription and read the fine print.

I bought their iphone unlocker to remove a forgotten iphone screentime passcode that could not be recovered or reset. I bought a one month license. It worked brilliantly. After being downloaded took 10 seconds to wipe the screentime passcode, without otherwise affecting the phone. They advised me to cancel the auto-renewal to avoid being charged monthly going forward.

Like the others. They sell a product that doesn't work and then refuses to refund you even though they advertise to have a 30 days cash-back policy. I tried contacting them multiple times. They try to find invalid excuses not to refund me. This is not how consumer protection law works, fortunately; I'll call them tomorrow and suggest anyone who has issues with them to do too. Enough energy was spent on those thieves/scammers. Do not buy from them.- If Apeak disagrees with the way I was treated, fire Hannah.

Purchased their iPhone recovery software. It kept getting stuck in the scanning phase. When it did seem to finish it said there were no relevant files even though I could see them in the backup. I finally contacted support 48 hours later. This began a long procession of me sending them screenshots demonstrating the problem and doing different things they wanted me to try. Two days later I expressed my concern noting that recovery needs to be accomplished ASAP. Roughly 10 days in they asked me try to recover from the phone rather than the backup. This produced minimal results. Ultimately I requested a refund. They refused saying that since I had continued to use the phone the information was probably over-written. Duh! Apparently they wanted to put the phone on a shelf until they figured out the problem. It appears to me they deliberately drug things out for 2 weeks and then blamed the delay in recovery for my problem and refused a refund.

Software iPhone Eraser didn't work and they didn't honor their 30 day money back guarantee. Stay away from these people.
