I initially started going to Aphrodite Acupuncture for hormone regulation after having my IUD removed, and I honestly can’t imagine navigating this phase without them. I’m now prepping for IVF, and the level of support I’ve received has been unmatched.

Regina is my provider, and I’ve never felt so supported — physically, emotionally, and even logistically. She is incredibly thorough, responsive, and truly attentive to my individual needs. She takes the time to explain what’s happening in my body and how my cycles work in a way no other doctor ever has, which has been so empowering during a process that can feel overwhelming.

Every appointment feels calm, thoughtful, and grounding. I always leave feeling more informed, more comfortable, and genuinely cared for. If you’re dealing with hormone health, fertility, or IVF prep, I can’t recommend Regina and Aphrodite Acupuncture highly enough.

Emily and her team have built something incredibly special for women looking to build their families. When I first came to her nearly 5 years ago, I was sad and feeling discouraged at my current IVF clinic. She took the time to deep dive the female anatomy and trouble shoot what may be the cause of my “unexplained infertility”. She recommended supplements, a lifestyle routine and a plan for my acupuncture to get blood flowing to the right places.

You will never feel like a number here. Her team is invested in the success of their patients and truly care for you. The office is so warm and pulses with feminine energy. I would look forward to my mid day naps and the soothing feeling of someone healing me.

Cut to the Chase: Emily provided me the tools to get pregnant twice through IVF and I have had two healthy boys since working with her! I truly believe she helped me improve my egg quality and make healthy embryos!

I cannot recommend Regina and the ladies at Aphrodite Acupuncture enough! They are the most caring, detailed, and knowledgeable specialists in fertility and work side by side with my other medical professionals. My embryo count tripled after going to them! If you are considering fertility acupuncture I would say this is a no brainer.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the women at Aphrodite. I started my TTC journey in the fall of 2023. I learned so much from my very first visit with Ghoncheh, regarding nutrition (I wasn’t eating any meat products at the time and was fasting every morning), what vitamins and supplements would best support me, my egg health, and my overall health, and what products/ingredients could potentially be negatively affecting my hormones and therefore my fertility. She put together a supplement protocol after our first visit, with an easy to use system that ships directly to your door!

I visited with Ghoncheh for most of my weekly appointments, and I just love her. Every session was like therapy for me, and she was only a text a way to answer any questions I had or just be there for support. They helped me through so much with us trying at home, then the IUI process at our fertility clinic, and finally IVF.

I am currently 21 weeks and 3 days pregnant with our baby girl, who we are welcoming in May. I honestly think a huge part of our TTC success, was all the knowledge I gained from Ghoncheh and the team. I am truly so lucky my friend referred me to Aphrodite. They are just phenomenal!

I was introduced to Aphrodite through their educational content first (a postpartum hormones workshop, and the amazing Education reel on their instagram) before becoming a patient. I've had fertility acupuncture done previously with other practitioners who were generalists, and I'm really appreciating the specialty focus of the folks at Aphrodite. We talk about all the details of my specific fertility concerns in an authentic way which I was surprisingly unable to get at a fertility clinic. The treatments are exceptional and the office space is beautiful. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Aphrodite enough - even to my friends who are out of town/state for virtual fertility coaching! Emily and the Aphrodite team grounded and held me through 2 miscarriages and 2 challenging, yet beautiful pregnancies. I now have a 2 year old and a 4 month old who are thriving, and I really couldn’t have done it without this supportive team in my corner. Eternally grateful. “Thank you” will never be enough.

These amazing acupuncturists aided me in getting pregnant twice despite my geriatric age and concerning lab numbers! I send everyone I know to them. They are awesome at calming your anxious mind and giving you solutions for all types of concerns.

Emily has been life changing for me and my husband on our fertility journey. From our first deep dive appointment where she educated my husband and me on fertility, our bodies, and our roles in it, we finally felt like we had someone on our team who was both extremely knowledgeable, and invested in us. The space was serene, cozy, girly, and somewhere I looked forward to spending more time in. From there, weekly sessions with Emily helped me feel centered and comforted, while working magic on me from the inside out. In between our weekly, sessions we checked in daily on my hormone levels and she carefully considered all of the various things that could be affecting my ability to get pregnant. She also provided ample advice for my husband. In addition to acupuncture—above and beyond communication—Emily has read multiple blood labs, gotten me on a supplement regimen, prescribed me a blend of Chinese herbs, and at times felt like a part time therapist through tears, laughs, panic, relief, celebration and more on this journey. I’ve never received this level of attention or empathy from anyone on my care team. Emily got me and my husband to our goal, and we are over the moon. I don’t know what we would have done without her—I am beyond thankful for her and would absolutely 1000% recommend her to anyone going through their fertility journey!!!

The women at Aphrodite are incredible. My husband and I are finally pregnant after years of tying on our own. I wish I could give them 1000 stars.
