A Great help they took care of everything, Anytime a letter arrived i would forward to APT and they did the rest, this has taken a couple of years and all done by email.

Hello everyone, I wanted to talk about my experience with this company regarding trust issues. From 2018 to 2020, I received seven parking tickets and paid £25 for each one. Whenever I called the company, they stated that they were in the process of appealing the tickets. However, some tickets have now accumulated fees totaling over £200. I paid £40 to reduce the original fee of £60, but despite numerous calls to the company, the issue still remains unresolved. As of 2025, I am still feeling confused, stressed, and shocked about the situation.
