Full fraud, overcharges & personnel not competitive. Will charge you for AMC & them will charge for every part replacement. They are frauds operating in the market taking advantage of large installation of RO systems. Technicians never on time. This company operates on commission, hires local technicians and has no accountability. Avoid at any cost unless you want to losse your hard earned money

Extremely poor service. Purifier stopped working within a month. Have been continuously chasing them to send a technician but the person on the phone speaks rudely, gives vague timelines and no one has turned up to repair. No humanity, considering that their product is not supplying drinking water in this heat. Avoid this company at all costs

This Ro company service is terrible.
I have called for service within in service period but the call attender says that they will come tomorrow but after 2weeks also they didn't reach out for checking the Ro. I personally suggest, Don't expect service from them. Don't purchase from Thane branch.

worst company no services new filter got spoil in one month when u call for service they say we are not having man or any other reason not refunding money also after renewal not providing services charges also very high will never subscribe again or suggest any one else also

Not at all satisfied .Charging to much for a component change on your filters and providing a heavy money charge bills for local component used to repair . 2500 Rs for local SMPS which hardly costs 500 .Beware floks before booking your maintenance with Aqua soultions india.
