Cibo buono ma le porzioni nella maggior parte dei casi sono molto piccole e troppo costose tipo i tacos erano buoni ma veramente piccoli mentre l’amburger era molto buono ma mancavano le patatine

Paid £8.50 for Ravioli,and £2.50 for lemonade!
Waited 30 mins for it to arrive,but no sign.
Cook who took my order left without cooking my meal,or telling the other cook to start cooking my meal.
Spoke to a very rude Manager with a beard,and never said sorry only accusing me of lying.
Never wanted to give any refunds,and was lucky to get £8.50 back on my card,but refused to give money back for drink.
Someone picked up my drink and took it away without my consent.
Showed him proof that I paid for my meal,and drink with Apple Pay.
I came to your restaurant on my birthday,and your rubbish manager ruined my day,when it should have been a special day to enjoy.
I’ll report your company to my bank for fraud,as clearly something dishonest is going on here,as what company asks for money up front,then doesn’t give you the meal you paid for,and I don’t like being told by your rude Manager that he doesn’t believe that I’ve paid for my meal,and drink.
No organisation in running the restaurant,as you got a crap Manager,as staff running around doing nothing,and not looking after the customers.
This place won’t last,as it’s very poorly run with terrible Management.
Avoid at all costs!
Would like someone from your head office to contact me regarding my complaint,as your Manager should be sacked.
