Donât stay here: Deceptive website, unfair charges, no bill, disrespectful to customers
⢠Reservations were made directly on the hotelâs website. The website said the total price for 2 nights was $443 and included breakfast. The hotel charged my credit card $637.18. $90 for 2 nights parking (exorbitant but agreed to) and $100 for the promised included breakfast.
⢠Never sent a bill - just charged my credit card.
⢠Ignored complaints I sent in response to their âwelcome emailâ and again that included the after-visit-survey.
⢠And the shower didnât work.
We stayed over the July 18 weekend.
