A waste of time and Money
I can confidently say that the test is based on bad, falsified science, and is discriminatory to the neurodiverse

Biased pseudoscience. Age discrimination and neurological discrimination in a neat little package with none of that pesky accountability usually associated with practicing these. Just another hurdle in todays job market.

This is horoscope-level, the newest iteration of 'brain gym' and other pseudo-scientific corporate nonsense. A scam.

Received the assessment though 4 weeks before it was due to be completed. Having completed the assessment it turned out that there had been a glitch/error when submitting my assessment. By this point the assessment had expired and no longer able to do it again. Having spoken to the company I was applying for & Faye Webb at Arctic Shores the issue was sorted, assessment completed all the same day & now hoping to move to the next stage of the recruitment. 10/10 service from Faye. Thank you so much!

This was very frustrating especially the use of ai faces for the section on recognizing emotions, I'm someone who is normally very good at picking up on other people's emotions and found it very difficult since some key human factors were taken out of the equation by the fake facial expressions.

I received a pre-assessment from ArcticShoes.com for an Amazon apprenticeship, and it’s clear that their process is discriminatory. The test has no impact on actual job eligibility—it’s just another pointless DEI initiative, wasting everyone's time and money. What’s worse is that the tasks (or “games”) unfairly favor applicants with high-end gaming PCs and high-frame-rate monitors, putting others at a disadvantage.

EDIT: I just got the results, and it turns out the test was supposed to assess my personality. All I can say is that it was completely inaccurate—they couldn’t even manage a basic Barnum effect.
