Ardene’s has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I emailed them and never received an email back (other than one saying that it may take a couple business days to hear from them). It has now been well over a month and still nothing. The quality of the items are terrible. I cannot believe a company would sell someone product that is damaged and then not provide them with some decent customer service. There are strings hanging off of the romper I got and just falling off the fabric. I cannot wear any of the clothes because of the poor quality.
This was the most annoying shopping experience of a lifetime. Ordered on June 15th, my money was refunded on the 22nd. Now it’s the 27th and my order was shipped with an invalid tracking number, the money has come out of my account once again. Trust these reviews and avoid ordering from Ardene! Even when you want to attempt to get ahold of customer service you are sent an automated, no-reply email! I tried on instagram too and got “Check out our FAQs”. No help, no integrity, people are making them money through a global crisis the least they can do is appreciate their customers when we are patient. Send updates like a normal e-commerce website does!!
I placed my order on 24th May, and it took Ardene 3 weeks to change the status from processing to shipped. Canada Post says another 3 weeks wait for the package as from 15 June till now, the status is "in transition". Now I am hoping I'll get my order by Christmas at least.
Never shopping online on this website ever again. Highly disappointed in Canada Post for delays. Sure it wasn't worth all this wait.
Placed my order on June 5th. Shipped June 17th which is quite a while but they informed that there would be delays. Waiting on Canada post now will update once I receive them - Update: It’s June 25 and it’s still in Quebec and my package hasn’t been updated for 6 days. Received it around a week ago! Clothes are nice for the most part. Surprised with the quality for some pieces. Clothes were more expensive by even a dollar were much better in quality. The least expensive piece doesn’t have very good quality.
I've ordered twice from Ardene and got my packages super fast! I'm totally satisfied by their products and fits perfect!!
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service. I ordered my items on May.15th, was charged the money, money was put back, money was withdrawn 2 weeks later resulting in a 45$NSF fee.... and I still have no product. When I contacted Customer service, they responded 1 week later, with a curt and very rude response indicating that I was lying! I have the bank records to prove it and no merschandise. No apology from the company. Just a "your a liar" email. Awesome Business!!!!!!
I ordered a few weeks ago and they did inform me shipping would be delayed, which it was. I received two dresses, both fit nicely but smelled so bad!! I washed them both and rinsed but the smell would not come out. I hung then to dry and assume the smell will come out but I will need to wash them again.
Im sorry, but the delay between placing the order and them actually shipping the order in unreal...... then the “express” shipping I swear could not be any slower so I think its safe to say next time my daughter wants something from Ardene, it will not be purchased through their website..... still haven’t received my order to this day, I sure hope it was worth all that wait..
Ordered my package and came here really quickly! The quality is amazing and Ardene is my new go to store. I have ordered many things from here and I am very satisfied. Also, the price is amazing and is perfect for me! Some people may disagree but I honestly love Ardene and I give it 5 stars!! 💖 ✨
DO NOT listen to the bad reviews Ardene is a great store and there clothing is stylish, cheap and good quality. The only complaint I have is for swimsuits, sometimes Ardene only sells the top and the bottom is sold out, or they dont have your size, but other than that Iam very satisfied with the store.
Ardene should stop using canada post as delivery service. I order items that i am waiting on over a month. Canada post tracking indicating it's in transition. I read thousands of similar complains regarding Canada post unreliable services, yet Ardene is using them. I am not ordering from Ardene again. I order from another clothing company that use a different courier and i received my items a week after placing order..btw this is during lockdown. I don't believe this company gives a damn, they just interested in customers money.
Ordered on May 27th and my card was charged at the same day. Now it says that my order at Canada post and day of delivery is pending...and my card was charged again on June 9th!!! Do not order here!! Waste of money!!!
I made an order on May 20th of 2020 and its now June 4th and its still says processing..now i've tried to cancel this order twice!! because its taking too long i needed the order for a birthday but that has come and gone i now trying to cancel the order that never got sent .. 2 requests on that and still no reply! I am so mad! Australia and China was ordered much later and showed up already ..SHAME ON ARDENE!
I get we are in a pandemic...for the staff to be extremely rude is uncalled for! My tracking info tells me NOTHING!...2-3 weeks to respond to customers is unreal...EVERy other company I have ordered from has been able to email me..answer calls and even call me back! I've received my items coming international...I live 15mins from the ardene warehouses!
Placed an order and knew there was going to be a delay of 2-3 weeks. It's now been 3 weeks and only part of my order shipped. Sent multiple emails with no response then got someone from facebook chat and they told me it's not in stock. How can you have a website which should have quantities inputted into the system show items are in stock, allow you to purchase them, then 3 weeks later say they are now out of stock and the remaining order was cancelled but Ardenes cant be bothered to tell you that? They need to fix their site and protocols which everyone else has figured out but them. It's not much to ask for some reasonable customer service but this is quite ridiculous. Will not be shopping here again.
So happy with their service! I received an item that was ripped and they completely credited it and I didn't even have to send it back. Love the integrity
I had placed an order on may 13th. I have not yet received an email. I know they're taking precautions with the COVID19 but this wait is ridiculous. It's been almost 2 weeks since I placed and paid for my order. No email yet of where and when my order will be here! I had placed other orders on different sites the same day and I already received them in the mail. I don't know if asking for a refund would help because they keep sending me the same information everytime and It doesn't even help the situation I'm in. I tried calling the available ardenes store and all she said was "were not the ones to look after the online shopping". I hope I receive my order soon or a email at least.
I know everyone needs to be taking precautions with covid-19 but this is getting insane. There is no consistency with orders. I placed some orders, and they arrived in a timely manner. Now I’ve waited a few weeks for my orders to even ship. Stores around me are open I just wish I could cancel my order but I have to email in and they might not even see it. It’s frustrating not having a way in place to cancel orders or get ahold of anyone.
Ardene took $57.70 out of my account to pay for an order that I had already paid for. Not only did they do that, but they won’t answer my calls or emails and I have been trying for two weeks. I would not recommend Ardenes to anyone. They will steal from you
I placed an order on May 1st, it's now May 22nd and I still haven't received and updates on my order, which was expected because of the COVID delays.
Their website specifically says 3-4 weeks plus potential courier delays on top of that. I'm going on my 3rd week now...is it the end of the world? No.
Would I rather Ardene employees take the proper precautions? Yes.
Am I going to get my panties in knot like all these "Karens" below?
No!! because i'm waiting for cheap summer clothes - not a blood transfusion. This is a difficult time for everyone and these psychos below needs to remove the sticks up their ........ you know whats. It's just clothes!!!
And I wanted to add, that not even 30 minutes after making this review - I just received my tracking information and my order should be here Wednesday - I have changed my review from 4 to 5 stars now. :D
