I was trying to correct the address right after I order, I sent an email to customer service immediately then 3 days later they told me they can't help because the order is shipped. They asked me to contact the logistic but I was told by logistic company the address could only be updated when it is requested by Ardene.
I emailed again to Ardene but they refused to help on this issue and I emailed again a week before to ask for follow up but no response. Now my order is stuck.

Je viens d'apprendre que le cadeau de Noël que j'ai commandé juste avant la grève as été annulé. Vraiment déçu, pourtant j'ai commandé des cadeaux ailleurs et je commence à les recevoir. Un service vraiment décevant...j'avais pourtant appelé quand la grève a commencé et on m'a confirmé que j'allais le recevoir. Je voudrais mettre aucune étoile mais je ne peux pas.

I have never seen customer service worse than ardene, they shipped my package to a facility 10km away, never told me about it, and when I emailed for weeks on end, I got no response and on top of it the shipping carrier is canpar which is probably the only company worse than ardene, and they were supposed to ship it back to ardene over a month ago, and they still haven't done that, so now not only am I out of my money I also didn't get the item.

My order had missing items and the support team doesn't give a damn about it. No customer service, no answer, no other way to contact them. I was charged full price with no notification from them. Such a bad service.

Aucune information du site concernant le retard.
Le transporteur a fini par livré le lendemain mai il n'a pas sonné à la porte ni déposé l'enveloppe à l'endroit prévu à cet effet.
Résultat : le colis a disparu évidement...
Ils m'ont répondu d'appeler la police

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from Ardene, and my order was shipped in four separate packages. Not only is that incredibly inconvenient, but I never received the first package. It's been over two weeks since I started reaching out to their customer service team, and I haven’t received a single response—no updates, no acknowledgment, nothing.
At this point, I’m beyond frustrated. How hard is it to provide basic customer service? This experience has been a complete nightmare, and I regret ordering from this company. Avoid them if you actually want to receive what you pay for.

I have made numerous attempts to find out where three of my products are as they were missing from my 3 shipments. I was told via customer support that they were being processed still but my order now shows complete. This will be my 4th attempt through customer service to to find out where the products I purchased are, still no reply from them. So they basically stole my money and refuse to talk to me. Horrible customer service, will not recommend and will not purchase from them again. If a business can't provide adequate customer support in 2024 it's pretty sad and unprofessional.

Also would rate a zero if It was possible. Ardenes has the absolute worst customer service ever. Anytime I email for any kind of assistance I get some snarky no help email response back saying it’s my own fault for selecting an item that was popular, maybe you should not have those sold out items available for sale I mean it’s nearly 2025 you should be able to have a better system by now. And my credit card was charged the 3 items that are not available - still no refund - yet a useless response that did not help my questions what so ever! Horrific customer service

I would rate 0 if I could. My order is supposed to be shipped in two different packages. One of them was delivered successfully with Canpar. The other one is “pick up scheduled by Canada post” since last Monday . It was supposed to be delivered on Friday and ofc it wasnt and it wont. Btw my order was placed 1 day after Canada post strike started so they should know. Customer support ignored ny emails and deleted my comments in Social Media. Plus I have other order that says complete when two items weren’t received or shipped yet. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

They have an order of mine waiting for Canada post to pick, but Canada post is on strike and they won't ship an alternate way. Another they shipped via Canpar was to deliver yesterday and the tracking says they could not deliver. Maybe if they attempted to deliver in the right city I would have received it. I have contacted them many times via email, so I have a trace of conversation, called them twice and then picked up and then hung up. Still have not received any of the 4 items I ordered. Requested a refund and told them to cancel everything, they said I have to return the items, meanwhile I never received them. Never will I shop online with store again. Order# 701390430, received 3 out if 4 pieces today, thanks to Canpar contacting me. Canpar also contacted me on my last item, and the waybill that was provided to them had the wrong address. Ardene's did not contact me at all. Not happy with their Customer Service at all

They didn’t process my order but Afterpay took my money! The status of my order says “exception” but they took my money!!!
Beware of this company - they take additional charges of huge amounts of money from your bank and then claim they haven't done it. Customer service are useless and treat you like you're an idiot, 70% of my order was delivered to an address in a completely different city and this was clearly shown on the tracking information but they still weren't bothered and took no responsibility whatsoever
I went to purchase some items online and when I got to the check out and applied a coupon code it did not show me the complete order total and shipping to be completed at check out I went to use Google pay confirmed my address and hit continue in which again I did not know the order total and the order was completed I hit continue not complete especially since I didn't get a order total. Absolutely unacceptable when I call customer service there was no manger to speak to. I got muted and ingored the first call and had to call back because someone didnt want to do their job. No option to cancel order and the solution giving was to not accept the package and I'll get reimbursed in about 2 weeks time. I also stated that this was theft and the rep I spoke to said "I know" confirming it indeed was theft and unauthorized.
I have placed my very first order and shipping was fast. The quality of everything I purchased is great and the price is amazing! I was reluctant in ordering after seeing the reviews but I got my packages. It was sent in two separate shipping and both came pretty fast in the US!
Not only is Ardene clothing generally quite well made for the price, but it's durable, well-fitting, and comfortable--all remarkable for fast fashion.
Their customer service is excellent. On a recent order (Aug 2024), I was sent the wrong size: their customer service person answered my call promptly and compensated me for the error.
Also, I know when to expect my orders and when they've been delivered.
Further, Ardene is based in Québec, Canada!

I will never order from ardene again.. always something with there orders. I ordered 2 items online resived the wrong size went in store to exchange and reorder. This was August 31st iv yet to here from them no emails I try to track my order. Not found! I call it is pending from the 31st... like come on ardene do better,
I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at Ardene that I feel needs to be addressed. I bought four purses: three at 50% off and one with a "buy one, get one 50% off" offer, which I initially chose not to use. When I decided to take advantage of the deal later, I returned a full-priced purse and attempted to repurchase it under the promotion.
The cashier mishandled the return, giving me a partial refund for a different purse and incorrectly charging me for the new purchases. When I pointed out the errors, the cashier was initially confused and resistant. After a prolonged and difficult discussion, she corrected the mistake but still failed to include the tax in the refund.
To add insult to injury, after admitting her error and processing the refund, she labeled the transaction as “final sale” on the receipt, even though the items clearly were not supposed to be on final sale. Despite being in the wrong, the cashier’s attitude made us feel as though we were at fault for highlighting the issue. It was a frustrating experience, reflecting poorly on both the cashier's competence and the store’s customer service standards. I hope Ardene addresses these issues to improve their staff training and customer service.
This past Thursday I placed an online order for 6 pieces. It is Monday and my order online says that it is still pending.
I tried to reach out to customer service which was very slow and not very helpful.
I keep getting emails now that half of my order is unavailable. My order came out to $100. This is frustrating to have NO answers or help about this. I placed this order 4 days ago with no updates except half my order is not there. Meanwhile when I check the app, it says it is an available.
I have no idea what I will be receiving. I used to love going to shop at ardenes when I lived near to one. But I don’t have that anymore with change of my circumstances. The online ordering has been unnecessarily difficult and slow.
