Had a major leak in the kitchen (which Aristocraft expertly fitted 5years ago) needed help and they couldn't do enough to help us get through this. Lisa was so helpful, every time we called she always responded. She put us in touch with Rico who goes above and beyond to help, his work is first class.Thank you Aristocraft for all your help in getting through this trauma

Excellent when buying, installing and their after sales. Obviously a couple of small bits to deal with that was completely out of their hands but dealt with fast and professionally. Can’t recommend them enough!! A warm welcoming team.

we are extremely happy with our lovely kitchen. Thoroughly professional from start to finish. There was a lot of time taken to understand our needs and no request seemed too much. The install went very well and after sales/customer care was faultless

We have had a new kitchen/diner replacing a former kitchen and dining room. The design work and choice of materials were excellent. The quality of all materials and completed work has met and exceeded all our expectations. The initial project management arrangements were poor but when the building work passed to Steve Holland and his team everything went to programme. Steve and his team were excellent, friendly and efficient and their work was always to a very high standard. Snagging issues have all been dealt with efficiently.
The project took longer than expected but we are delighted with the finished product.

I have never left a review for anything but the experience I have had with Aristocraft this one is more than deserved. We have just had a bedroom designed and first of all this was everything we had imagined and more. I had a few questions with how certain aspects would fit in the bedroom but the customer service team were on hand to help with any issues or queries I had. Throughout the whole experience I really felt part of the team with how well everything was communicated with us from the point of sale to the finished installation. The customer services were extremely helpful and friendly and were always on hand if we needed anything discussing or changed.

Just had our bathroom and bedroom designed and fitted and I am extremely happy with the final product. Our dream bathroom has come to life. The staff are extremely helpful and really know the product well. The customer service was impeccable every step of the way communicating with us at every stage. I would highly recommend Aristocraft to anyone looking for their dream home designs!

I recently ordered a kitchen from Aristocraft and I am so so pleased with it. The communication between us and the team was amazing and the customer service team were excellent and very helpful whenever I had any questions. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

We have recently had a new kitchen fitted through Aristocraft and the kitchen looks amazing. We are really pleased with the quality also. All of the trades people arrived when they were scheduled and were all very good, with a particular mention to Ash the kitchen fitter who was outstanding. A thank you also to Luke, Judith and particularly Tracy and Sarah who were great during the installation process. Overall we are very pleased with the look and quality of the kitchen and everyone who has seen it thinks it looks fantastic

Avoid! Kitchen quality is questionable. Cabinets bowing after 6months of use, diswasher door swollen up after 1 week of use, Door paint chipped.... When raising the issue with the customer service who took 2 months to find a resolution (and would decline to issue an official report with root causes that could lead to clear liability), I am provided with a replacement of items but I need to pay for re-fitting myself?! what sort of joke this is? their bad quality costing me more money as if the poor quality of my kitchen was not bad enough. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend at all.

Shocking! I would not recommend to anyone. A small 5 unit kitchen took over 3 months with issues at every step, starting with false promises in the showroom. Delays with surveyor, asking for money before surveyor had been. Ripper outers damaged property, invaded privacy by going into garages, left blood over our boiler and live electrics under dripping pipes and did not rip out everything they were supposed to, before demanding more money than the quote given. Plasterer made an incredible mess, leaving our quarry tiled floors covered even though we explained we were keeping the floor. I was assured the plaster would come off as it was water soluble. Ourselves and Pete have tried to clean the floor but it still has plaster engrained in it. We told him not to bother again, just wanted people out of our house. Measurements taken for the cabinets were wrong as we were left with large gaps when our aga was put in, although we already had the aga and said it was going in. Cupboards had to be moved. This was clearly not ideal so I did agree to just moving one. Cupboards did not come protected and we were missing cornices that had been discussed in the showroom. When first booking the kitchen, we asked for a tiler. Again, told no problem but it came as a shock to Pete the project manager and clearly a hasty substitute was found. This was abysmal. The tiling was atrocious. We didn't want him to come back but Pete said he had to have the opportunity to put it right. We weren't comfortable but agreed as given no other option. The tiler had to re do a substantial amount but has left broken tiles in doing so. I could not face him coming back and with no other option we have been left with broken tiles and tile dust ingrained in units. Pete again had to clean but ended up replacing one door. The others are not perfect but will have to do. The housing for the extractor fan is chipped by the tiler and not fixed. The first time I used the washing machine, it didn't work. Admittedly Pete did get someone out fairly quickly and it turned out that grout was blocking the pipes. There were continuous communication issues, suffice to say we got absolutely fed up with having to keep reporting problems ( I have not listed them all in this write up) that we gave up. We have been left with issues but we can no longer be bothered. I would say that the electricians and the plumber were very good. I was asked not to put a review on until someone in the showroom rang to speak to us, have they, no. No surprise there. This is the first review I have ever written for anything, such is the strength of feeling I have for this company. I genuinely feel I have been cheated out of my new kitchen.

Horrible service from Aristocraft. I am currently in the process of getting a kitchen installed with them and it’s one of the worst decisions I’ve made in my life.

I have no clue when my appliances and other kitchen cabinets/worktops are going to arrive. The ones that got delivered were on a random day without any prior notice. The whole process of getting a kitchen from them is very stressful with countless instances of miscommunication and poorly managed delivery.

The amount they charge is ridiculous when compared to their service.

So pleased with my Aristacraft kitchen can’t fault them , ash is a tremendous fitter and been a pleasure to have round my house , and Sarah Lloyd in the office has planned and designed my fit to perfection would recommend this company to anyone

We had a beautiful kitchen fitted 2 years ago and although the service when we was purchasing the kitchen was very good, now it is absolutely dreadful.
I have been chasing Aristocraft since October 2023 to repair the tumble dryer door that is hanging off and the kitchen work top join that is coming apart for the 3rd time.
Each time I chase, I'm told there are no fitters available as they are working on fitting new kitchens.
In short, Aristocraft will offer you a good service when they are taking your money, but forget any services once the kitchen is fitted!

We had our kitchen fitted over October this year and everything went as smoothly as it could have. All trades turned up on time and on the allocated dates arranged for the pre-works.

The kitchen was delivered the following week and everything was in order, the quality of the cabs are second to none.

The fitters who installed our kitchen had amazing attention to detail and I cannot fault them. Amazing service all round.

We had an Aristocraft kitchen fitted last month and wanted to ensure everything was spot on before leaving a review. Caroline designed us a stunning kitchen and all the team were very friendly and approachable.

A month or so on and the kitchen is still looking great and I expect will do for many many years to come! Thank you to all the Aristocraft team.

I thought I'd leave doing a review until we've been in our kitchen for a couple of months - just to make sure it was all still working and we were happy with it all.

So, my experience couldn't be more positive. It was quite daunting setting out, getting our first kitchen but we were actually referred to Sarah and the team, and I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience.

Sarah and the team really took the time to discuss every detail to us so we actually understood each aspect; timeframes, cost, durability etc. (Unlike other sales teams we've had previously experienced who plan to sell us everything). We felt they really listened to all of our thoughts and ideas while more importantly considering our budget and not pushing us up and up.

The design and fit was absolutely unbelievable and we genuinely couldn't be happier with our kitchen.

Customer service was second to none from the first moment I went into the branch to browse.

I found the whole process smooth from beginning to end. Our designer really took the time to find out what we wanted and the initial plan was better than we what we wanted. We wanted to change a few bits and this was no hassle at all.

The actual fitting was fast with minimal disruption and the fitters were clean and tidy with a keen eye for detail.

It was evident that they had a great working relationship with the designer because the plan was like for like for the finished result.

Currently in the process of planning our bedroom with them now and have asked for the same designer which has been honoured.
