We previously bought a sofa from Arlo and Jacob and was impressed with the style, comfort and after care service so didn’t hesitate to approach them again when we needed two different sofas for two different rooms in our home. Michelle at the Chiswick showroom was brilliant at showing us lots of options that suited each room and the ordering was simple and straightforward. After a much shorter wait than we expected, Ashley and Taz delivered both sofas with ease - even when one had to go through the house, across a partially landscaped garden and into our new garden studio. We absolute love our new sofas - they are so comfortable and we’re delighted we have them for the Easter holidays. The staff and customer service is brilliant at Arlo and Jacob - thank you so much!

I cannot tell you how happy I am with our sofas! Amazing communication from the start to end. Ashley and Connor delivered them to us on the day and they took so much care. They clearly love working for you. Nothing was an issue and they even helped me move another piece of furniture. They were brilliant and a real asset to you. Thank you 🙏🏻

We have just purchased two sofas from Arlo and Jacob and are very pleased. They are fab. From Matthew Morley who was very helpful in the lovely Chiswick store to the delivery drivers Mark and Ian who brought our sofas from Nottingham with great care and set them up for us and couldn’t have been more helpful. A great experience all round.

Fantastic from the day we stepped into your Marlow showroom. It’s so hard choosing a sofa, such a big financial decision & not wanting to get it wrong.
We had lots of consultation with the amazing Gina at your Marlow showroom she helped us every step of the way, sending me samples & ideas of colours, would nt have ended up getting the perfect combination if it wasn’t for her so a big thank-you!
Then sofa Saturday arrive..Yay! Connor & Ed text me so I knew when they’d arrive then unpacked the sofas, plumped them up gave me all the care info & I ve been sat on them ever since! The quality is amazing & so comfy. Thank you team Arlo & Jacob

Haydn and nev the 2 delivery men were very professional , helpful and polite they also asked if I wanted them to take their shoes off as I had cream carpets
They placed sofas where I wanted them to be an took all rubbish away

I had a great experience with Ashley and Connor who delivered the snuggler sofa!

Both were great to chat to and were a fountain of knowledge about the sofa.
They had great advice on looking after it.

We've had a great experience with Arlo and Jacob. The Guildford store were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were kept updated about our order and our 2 sofas arrived on Saturday. We are delighted with them - really great quality and amazingly comfortable. Ashley and Carl delivered them the utmost care & attention and were extremely polite. They also explained all the details and aftercare - they are a credit to Arlo and Jacob!

The quality of the sofa is second to none and the whole experience has been fantastic - thank you!

Leanne at the St Albans showroom was very helpful, she made us feel welcome and walked us through everything we should consider in the sofa and footstool we wanted. She gave us her creative input on fabric and colour as well as supporting us with the delivery logistics.

Leanne gave us great service and we would recommend her; very excited for our Hector sofa and Archie footstool to arrive.

The Wilmslow team are just fantastic and all sofas and chairs that have been delivered are great quality :)

We've just taken delivery of two sofas from Arlo and Jacob. The whole experience, from the great service from Matilda in the Bath showroom to the two guys, Ashley and Conner who delivered and installed the sofas, was first class. They were a pleasure to do business with and made the whole experience attentive, personal and special. Oh, and we love the sofas!

I purchased a sofa from Arlo and Jacob last year. The wrong seat cushions were sent at first and the were 100% feather (very uncomfortable and flat). After a lot of back and forth they were replaced with feather wrapped foam and unfortunately these are not much better, very flat and uncomfortable. I am considering trying the full foam, but worried about spending good money after bad now. I would never have expected this from a premium brand. Almost £2k for a small sofa and may replace within a year.

The delivery team we have seen twice now for collection and return of our Arlo and Jacob sofa have been exceptional. They were polite, considerate and respectful- couldn't ask for more, many thanks
