Spoke to a very pleasant lady who was very helpful. However, when I received the cases, I was disappointed to find that they did not have a cover over the screen apart from a plastic sheet which fractured when I was carefully fitting it.
I don't know whether you will accept the unopened one if I return it to you for a refund. Also, my son had bought me one for Xmas which, of course, I was unaware of at the time. Lastly, I am going away for 3 weeks tomorrow so, if you would allow me a refund, I could not return it until my return.
Sincerely,
Andy Share

I tried countless times to order a case from Lenovo for my wife's new tablet to no avail - totally unhelpful! . Then online I came across ArmourDog. I'd never heard of this company before, but was impressed by their website and it was UK based, not a mammoth conglomerate like Lenovo. I ordered their version for the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro and wow! What a case! Almost "Armour plated" and super quality! Took me a while to work out how to fit the tablet. But they had a great instructional video on YouTube. And then it was easy. Spoke to their director Helen Rolfe. Very helpful. Will definitely recommend this Company to others. Anyone looking for high quality cases for Tablet computers, should definitely look at the ArmourDog website. A 5 Star experience in every way!!

The quality of the products is excellent and I received them two days after ordering during the Christmas period which is quite something .

Great service and product

Excellent service, quick and easy!

The communication, response times and assistance received was absolutely first class.

Product arrived exactly when it was supposed to.

Product itself was excellent.

I would have no hesitation recommending - hope Armourdog go from strength to strength. Super company to deal with.

Brilliant service again. Item came quickly with communication every step of the way from ordering to delivery. Good quality item.

Had one of their covers probably 8/10 years ago now, and it’s still going strong! The one just purchased looks just as nicely made, so sorry, I may not need another for a while!!

Speedy delivery. Very happy with the product. Thanks

Order dispatched quickly, contacted me pre dispatch to check I was happy to pay the extra import charges that would be due as sent from Uk to Ireland . Gave option of cancelling order if I wished to , if I was unaware of charges that would be payable. Order arrived quickly and website easy to follow to find iPad specific case needed.
