I recently hired a car from the Kilbirnie St branch in Glasgow for a week. The young lady that dealt with me was very friendly and polite, she took me round the car to inspect it, highlighting all the wee scratches putting me the customer at ease knowing that these marks where already there. She offered to show me all the controls but as i previously had a corsa i was more that confident with the car. I was very impressed by her professionalism whilst taking me around the vehicle, she is an asset to her team at the Kilbrine St branch. I would also like to thank the lady that called me to check that everything was okay as i was running late due to getting stuck in Glasgow's rush hour traffic. I would have no hesitation in recommending Arnold Clark car and van rental.

Staff have always been professional and kind

Having never hired a vehicle before I have to say that I found the experience quite daunting.
However, upon meeting the staff at your Chesterfield branch, namely Autumn , I was instantly reassured that I had made the right choice. Her knowledge of subject and excellent level of professionalism was second to none, and her individual character is also a credit to your company.

Unbeatable customer service, very reasonable prices, and excellent rental terms and vehicle condition.

Couldn’t have been more helpful including dropping us off at rail station.

Booking the car was very easy, and the price was excellent compared to other local hire places. When I picked up the car, the staff were great and really accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Hired an SUV at Cumbernauld branch to transport two people and enormous amount of luggage to a family wedding in Inverness.
Dealt with very efficiently by a pleasant and helpful chap who showed us two models to see which one suited us best.
A good idea was buying a half tank of fuel at the company's fixed rate which was around 20p a litre cheaper than pump prices.
This meant we only required to top it up with 9 litres at a garage, a good deal.
Very pleased with the cost of the package, definitely recommended.
