Impossible to get a response from customer service for either Arnotts or Brown Thomas - we have tried the contact form on their respective websites several times - no response. Phone calls where calls are transferred to the ' correct department' and the call just drops. The customer service agents can only direct you to the online chat which is an AI agent and once you ask to be connected to an agent the chat just stalls ..... no effective customer service available at all.

I am updating my review as the issue has now been resolved.
After a long delay and several follow-ups on my part, I finally received my vacuum cleaner back and it is now working properly. The store also applied the agreed compensation to my loyalty account.
Although the process took longer than expected and communication could have been handled better, I appreciate that the matter has now been concluded.
