Both are the same fake sites. They pump you for your money and you won't get anything.

Do not buy Bhode products. They stole my money

Great clothes and website but unfortunately that’s where it ends. Ordered gifts for my son’s birthday end of November. Courier company DHL delivered to a completely different postcode to that of mine and instead of the seller contacting DHL to resolve they did nothing and as it stands to date I’m £283 out of pocket with no goods received. After several back and forth emails they’ve just gone to ground and ignored me saying nothing they can do. It could have easily been resolved if they’d got the courier company to collect and redeliver or made a claim back as they had delivered to a completely different postcode. They did suggest I go looking for the parcel which I declined. Now having to raise charge back with my bank. Really disappointed with Zack’s response and lack of assistance. It’s a real shame as they do some great clothes but sadly the courier company and lack of customer service has let them down.

After reading all the reviews, I saw that things had gone wrong pretty quickly when ordering online... more so, with regards to returns.
The 15% discount was tempting though and nowhere else had what I wanted in stock, online or in store.

The item turned up on time with next day delivery (the right size and the right colour).

No complaints at all from me.

Bought a £100 top from them in blue. However, they sent me a green one. The blue one is now sold out. What a bunch of ...

All of the expectations from my recent purchase of a Beams Plus jacket and Nudie jeans were blown out of the water. The quality and fit and overall craftsmanship is great. I've had a really poor experience with Article London. I ordered a pair of trousers and they did not fit so I requested to return them. The return portal does not work and you have to chase them for the returns slip. Once returning the item through tracked postage, they don't reply to you for weeks (longer than their refund policy states). I've chased customer services twice and they ghost you.

Also don't believe the recent positive reviews. They're written by people who've wrote 1 review and they're overly descriptive and AI generated.

Overall it's been a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Although they have enticing sales and well priced clothing, the hassle is not worth it.

Avoid this retailer...Customer service is non existent. Returned items and receipt was confirmed by retailer. Refund was not issued and communication was not returned. I have had to claim via paypal.

THE WORST, FRAUD EVEN.

The first parcel never reached me. The second one wasn't shipped DDP and now they pretend the parcel was never returned even though the DHL tracking states so and they try to charge me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!!!

Do not order from Article - Non existent customer service, impossible to process a return. First and last time shopping there.
