I ordered the Dip Bars from Artimex after a detailed online search. It appears that this is the only one company that manufactures these type of gym accessories. I have to say I am very pleased with the high quality customer service and the quality of the product. I use this item as an extension to the stall bars in my physical therapy clinic. This is a high quality, solid material and sleek looking gym tool. I paid via online with CC, and I received it within 5 days in excellent condition. I am very happy I am able to improve the use of my clinic.

The Swedish bars that I ordered were really solid and made very well . The communication with the company was very good and they delivered very quickly.

Took a long time before they sent me what i ordered but the product is ok.

The ladder is excellent quality & very durable. It had excellent directions for easy installation. The ladder is versatile at meeting the needs of patients of different heights in clinic. This has allowed our physical therapists to design individualized exercise programs to help treat patients diagnosed with scoliosis. Exercises performed with the ladder helps improve alignment of their posture & strengthen the muscles that support their spine.

Thrilled with these portable ballet barres. We searched a long time and sampled other barres before finding these. We wanted single barres, which are hard to find and were not on their website. Artimex created the barres exactly to our specifications and they arrived from Europe to Connecticut in three weeks! They are very well crafted, stable and durable. Aesthetically, the white frames with natural wood combination is fresh and classic, which is exactly what we wanted for our studio. Well designed product and great customer service.

My stall bars were delivered in two boxes; both had the ends ripped open with cracks and dents in the exposed wood. After fully opening, saw scuff marks and other flaws in the factory-applied white paint. Sent pictures and after a month of sending emails and trying one phone number that won't connect and one that just rings and rings with no one answering - finally wrote them it was time for me to publish a review. Within hours I got a shipping notification that a set was on it's way. However, the stated delivery date has come and gone....called TNT and they said they haven't even received the merchandise yet. Send another email asking if they really intend to send a set and of course, no response.
I paid $540 to the cowardly Artimex bullies and wouldn't wish this experience on anyone so I am taking the time to write this warning.

I have two (soon to be three) black magic units. My calls and emails were dealt with so quickly and efficiently. The customer service has been excellent.

As for the product I can’t praise it enough. It’s the cornerstone of my business. They are in constant use 5 days a week and have never let me down. The wall bars save time and space when switching between exercises. No need for countless plyo boxes step boxes wall fixings chinning bars etc. Each unit allows one client to work self sufficiently without interruption. Brilliant.

The reviews here reflect a lot of misunderstandings and negative emotions. I will provide my fact-based experience here. The interaction with the company representatives was very good. I asked MANY questions before purchasing the “Black Magic” unit, which arrived on schedule. I had no payment issues. The sales team was clear that the company had German and Romanian bases of operation. My experience is that the product was of high quality and is basically indestructible. I think it would be a shame if people did not buy from Artimex because of this personal dispute. There are not so many vendors and we should support the good ones. I hope the parties can work out their issues so the public will not be confused. I have recommended Artimex to friends and they have also had a very good experience.

Fast shipping. Sturdy all hardwood, quality products. Perfect in commercial settings like PT clinics. Had some difficulty with uniformity of replacment parts for just a couple of pieces that were shipped slightly dammaged. Artimex took care of it and promised to insure this wouldn't happen in future shipments to me or others.

Anfangs gab es ein paar kleine Probleme mit der Kommunikation, aber dann haben sich die Mitarbeter hervorragend um die Bestellung gekümmert. Spezielle Wünsche zur Halterung der Sprossenwand wurden abgefragt und entsprechend umgesetzt. Zu jeder Zeit gab es Infos über den Bestellablauf. Die Lieferung kam per Spedition schneller als erwartet und die Sprossenwand entsprach voll den Erwartungen. Es gab sogar kostenlos ein Lordosekissen dazu.
